Not the cleanest, kinda sketchy....my brother had to get 3 rooms before they got there reservation right

Convenient after late airport arrival

Pros: Location
Cons: Food
Location: LeAve as soon as possible.
Room fine, but breakfast really awful. Machine-produced food, full of sugar, encased in plastic, even cutlery too bendy to deal with waffles!

Good lodging

Pros: Location
Cons: The air condition is old and noisy
Location: Nearby airport and many facilities as food, fuel, banks and others.
Was good, the check in was with trouble about the reservation but the staff could solve the problem.

Not fancy, but does the job

There are a lot of hotels round the airport like this. Not that cheap, plasticky breakfast. But this is a bit nicer than others I have stayed in, when in transit through Miami. The staff are nice, and the room was pleasant and clean.

disappointed

Pros: we chose this place because of the free airport shuttle and breakfast. You get what you pay for
Location: Don't expect any dinner if you arrive late on Sunday
for the price that we paid, we expected a nicer place. We were very disappointed that there was no place to eat or get food delivered at 8 pm on a Sunday night. We were glad we only had to stay the 1 night. The airport shuttle took so long to come pick us up and the shuttle to the cruise port crammed us into a van that had inefficient air conditioning and then he had to stop and get gas while we all sat like sardines !!

Older hotel nicely up kept. Quiet at night ok breakfast staff was excellent

Needs updating

Pros: Shuttle service to and from the airport was good, but too far away.
Location: Terrible location. We flew in we had no vehicle and found very little choice for dining. Had to walk quite a distance to find a decent restaurant
Old hotel, Tub, grouting, flooring needs to be updated and made to look cleaner, Towel rack was broken off the wall and just set on the sink. For some reason they decided to put chlorine in the pool during the peak time in the middle of the day and closed it for use. Should be done at night or at least early in the morning when no one would be using it. Shuttle service was good and on time, Breakfast left a lot to be desired.

Needs to be cleaned

Service from the front desk was excellent every time we interacted with them. In the room however was a different story. This hotel needs a good cleaning, there was stains in the carpet, tears in the curtains, hair and dirt in the corners of the bathrooms, and stains on the lampshades. Overall this wasn’t a bad hotel for a night, but they need to spend a little more time in each room to give it a better clean that what it’s getting. There should be no reason for a stain left on a lampshade.

Good hospitality!

The front desk staff and the housekeeping staff were extremely hospitable and accommodating to our night time work schedule the food was nothing to write home about the beds on the top level where extremely comfortable. However our sink was leaking so you can't brush your teeth with your socks on. Remember you are close to the airport so jet noise can be an issue bring your earplugs
