"Unique hotel design and quiet room. Room did show some age but was very comfortable. Biggest issue with this hotel is parking, or lack thereof. There is no onsite parking, only valet. There are public garages the block before and after. The real issue with the lack of parking was the insane traffic situation it creates on the road."

"We checked in as a bus load of students arrived and were told due to a convention, our room we originally reserved was not available. Our check in agent Julie quickly worked to find us another room and held our luggage while it was quickly prepared. We enjoyed a drink at the bar in the beautiful lobby and Julie called within 20 minutes to say the room was ready. Excellent service on a very chaotic day for their staff."

"The hotel staff was exceptionally friendly and accommodating from valet parking to the front desk which I truly appreciated. However, the overall condition of the facility fell well below expectations. Only 1 of the 4 elevators was operational in a building exceeding 20 floors, creating significant inconvenience. The carpeting throughout had a strong, unpleasant odor. The room itself was outdated, with heavily worn furniture, noticeable gaps at the bottom of the door, and chipped and scratched paint. Additionally, persistent foul odors in the room made the stay uncomfortable."

"Dated property and rooms. Could hear sounds from the neighbors room and hallway. Every time other rooms opened door felt as if someone was at our door. Had no sleep until 2 am because of the noises"

"Really pleasant stay! Location is amazing- right across the street from the Fox Theatre with lots of great dining options within walking distance. The rooms were spacious and would be great for an extended stay. The building and rooms could benefit from some updates, but didn’t take away from the comfort of the stay. Plus, a very professional and friendly staff!"
