Overall good

Overall my experience was a good one. Room provided more than what I need with refrigerator, hangers, cables tv, and Wi-Fi. All the towels and soap and shampoo were nice to have. Clerk Karen could have been more friendly and kind during my check in. I also would have appreciated it if out of courtesy, she would have inform me of the charge for room service for each night but it was minimal. Check out man was nice.

Horrid experience

Staff yelled at me for not calling before my booking.very rude about it. I had a small 5 ft trailer which was such an inconvenience for them. Drug dealers and prostitutes were so prevalent a badged individual not sure if police had to trudge the halls for our safety. 5 min after arrival to room I watched from the window a man get physically assaulted by three other men.

The worst experience ever.

I called the hotel 5 min before I booked and I asked a lady if they had parking space for a tractor trailer. She told me “yes” .... I called again for the second time and she confirmed again. When my driver got to the facility and they told him that he was not allowed to park there specially in a day that we were expecting a storm. My boss called the hotel and they just hung up on him twice. My driver took almos 2 hours to get there because the place is all surrounded by low bridge and and the door closed on him, I am calling Expedia to get my money refunded tomorrow.

Great price and shuttles to Boston

Older facility but rooms updated and clean and comfortable. Free WiFi. Free breakfast. No other dining at hotel but restaurant next door.

I went to visit my son , and stay at this hotel it surprise me how nice this hotel was compare to others with the same name

Hallway on second floor was pretty cold, need to close edges.
