"Sal is a fantastic Manager! He went over and above to accommodate us. Our fridge wasn't working, he compensated us. We were able to park right outside our room. The housekeeper is what put my ratings lower. Our room wasn't as clean as it should be. We checked out and then needed an extra night. We checked in later that day and there were still crumbs on the table from our first stay and the rug by the door wasnt vacuumed. "Had ants all over. Tub was dirty the heater had some weird brown sticky stuff on top of it and made load noise when ever it was on. The same for the bathroom fan. Carpet un room tore up in places. Missing lights bulbs in two of the lights so was kinda dark. hallway was dirty looked liked it wasn't vacuum in a month. Had homeless people going in and out all day getting coffee. Breakfast was premade waffles wrapped in plastic wrap. "
