Lite rom, lite imøtekommende resepsjon,Posted Nov 23, 2015
Ventet over en time på omelett og frokosten søndag. Rommet knøtt lite, spurte om oppgradering men kom nesten ikke til ordet, resepsjonisten veldig avvisende.

Lovely hotel!Posted Nov 9, 2015
Everything thought about, tastefully done. No holding back on quality! Lovely bedrooms & communal rooms (bar/restaurant). Staff were very friendly & helpful. Nicely cooked, well presented English breakfast. Central with free parking. Even from the outside you can tell you won't be disappointed, not old & dated like other hotels in Bournemouth. Nice character building. Will definitely go back!

Very nice hotel, food and kitchen needs managingPosted Sep 8, 2015
Pros: Location of the hotel, quietness, the room size and décor, service from the staff was welcoming and friendly.
Cons: Kitchen management, the food leaves a lot to be desired and is quite honestly underwhelming and over rated. Cold food on hot plates and undercooked.
Location: Hotel is in a quiet avenue with the sea-front amenities, shops and restaurants all within a 10 minute walk of the hotel.
Hotel aspect of this establishment is very good, where the hotel was lacking during this visit was in the kitchen. The evening meal was served cold, even though on hot plates and the vegetables undercooked, the meal was partially replaced however only with a moderate improvement. In general for an AA 2 rosette restaurant it was underwhelming and the food undercooked and lacking in flavor. Breakfast was also served on cold plates with the excuse that the plate warmer was broken, even though the plates had been red hot the night before, a poor excuse for a restaurant of supposed 2 rosette quality and again aspects being undercooked. With a well managed kitchen and menu this restaurant would be a great asset to the hotel, however on this visit it only detracted from another wise very good hotel.

Refreshing, high quality, breakPosted Aug 17, 2015 on Hotels
We planned a one night get away and were prepared to pay a premium for it. We were more than happy with our choice and returned home refreshed.

The Green House HotelPosted Aug 17, 2015 on Hotels
Quite overpriced for what it was, the afternoon tea was £18 each which didn't represent value for money. The breakfast service was very slow. The shower didn't have a grab rail and the shower tray very slippery. The face basins were badly designed and couldn't hold much water. There were no face towels we had to ask for them and we ran out of loo paper. Disappointing - was expecting something better for the price. Would not stay there again.
