Within walking distance of relatives.

Pros: The breakfast foods were more than adequate and the coffee was delicious.
Cons: My feelings are when something is working, leave it be.
Location: I did not really get a chance to explore the city during this visit but I intend future visits to explore your fascinating city.
My family stayed at your facility for three days during the Thanksgiving Holiday and thoroughly enjoyed the stay. The staff was very friendly and the room was comfortable and clean. On future visits I will be staying at this hotel.

Not all Comfort Inn's are the same

Cons: All Comfort Inns should be the same... there should not be major differences between locations. This location needs to use the East main Street model.
I stayed at the Comfort inn off East main Street back in September. The staff was excellent, the room were extremely clean and most important - the bed was THE BEST!!!! So, when I booked my hotel for my Holiday stay, I ONLY wanted to stay at Comfort Inn. I chose the Westgate location because it was closer to my family.... never again. The staff barely interacted with guests, on the last night of our stay house-keeping didn't even up the bed or leave the appropriate towels in the bathroom. And the bed?!?!?! OMG! I never got a single night of sleep because I was so extremely uncomfortable! It was a horrible experience and I will not book with Comfort Inn moving forward.

Nice Hotel - beds never made

Pros: Breakfast
Cons: make the beds, throw out the garbage and replenish the coffee.
The hotel was clean and very well kept. The breakfast was good. My only complaint was my bed was NEVER made for the entire time I stayed there. They would come change the towel and thats it. Coffee was never replenished, garbage was not thrown out and the bed was always the same way I left it when I left in the morning.

$500 for what ?

I reserved a room for two days but ended up staying with family. I never even unmade the bed. On my second day I left at 3:30 am. 3 days later checking my bank account. Comfort Inn has charged me $500 on top of the fee for my two day stay. Incidentals they say. I don’t smoke and I left the room cleaner than I found it. It’s rated a 4.5 out of 5 stars but breakfast costs $14

Rest Stop Aling The Way

The air conditioner in our room was making a loud noise. It was so bad that we couldn’t hear each other talk. I went to complain and the hotel clerk said he was aware of it, that others had complained but there was nothing he could do about it, the maintenance men would be there the next morning. He said he couldn’t move us to another room because the hotel was full. When I googled it, the website was telling me there were 3 other pet friendly rooms available. When I asked the clerk about it he said he was aware there were more rooms, (this being after he told me the hotel was full) but he wasn’t authorized to move us to another room without his supervisor’s approval and it was to late to call her. But, she would be in the next morning and she would take care of it for us. We then decided to just rent one of the other rooms and take would just take care of the room with the problem the next morning. The clerk then proceeded to tell me the other rooms were inoperable and he couldn’t rent either of them to us. Here it was, 10 pm and we were basically at their mercy or continue to drive on, which we were too tired to do. We had booked this room in advance, so there should not have been a problem like this. We couldn’t get in touch with anyone in customer service through the hotel or Expedia. So, because of the poor customer service, I would can not recommend this place.

Wonderful place to stay

Cons: It is just great the way it is
Location: It is close to a mall and it's about 2 hours from Panama City Beach Fl
Staff was excellent, room was quiet and clean, and the staff treated us with the utmost respect and always had a friendly smile on their faces.

Nice Hotel

Pros: Location was just off the main road which made it easy to get in and out of. Also it was somewhat quitter.
Cons: The bed mattresses, the ad did say "memory foam" mattresses but our room did not have them.
Location: We were not there to site see but there are all the popular restaurants, shopping places and a mall near by.
We stayed at this hotel because we were visiting family in the area. The desk staff was always pleasant and helpful. There were a couple of issues with our room but were quickly remedied. In our room the beds were not very comfortable so I tried the pull out sofa and it was not better, the last night I slept on the sofa. We had other family members in the same hotel that reported that their beds were fine. The breakfast was great. The coffee was excellent and the staff was always cleaning and picking up. Coffee is always available. There was a pool but we did not use it.
