Cons: Total update. Start by cleaning or painting chairs outside. Clean spots off chairs and sofa. C lean spots off floor. Update rooms.
When asking for best price you should be given it.

Great night rest on the way to Panama City beach.

Pros: Room was nice, pool area was nice. staff at desk was very nice and accommodating.
The complimentary breakfast was poor, room was not clean, and the food was cold.

Great hotel

Pros: Nice cleaning staff and breakfast worker! Great rate and room size. Thank you for offering a large room for bigger families.
Cons: Breakfast was great. More pastry options needed and better quality of scrambled eggs. They had a weird texture.
Location: Great location.
We chose this hotel because it had a great rate and a large room for a bigger family size. Staff was courteous and helpful.

Intermediate stop on extended journey

Perfect! Just what I hoped for: clean, easily accessible, nicely furnished, GREAT firm bed, and welcoming staff (desk clerk at 11:30pm arrival was gracious, cheerful, helpful, and committed to our satisfaction (her words) and even offered her cell phone number in case we needed anything). Breakfast was good with variety, quality, and til 9:30am with REAL dishes and knives / forks and coffee cups... seems a bit trite, but really makes a difference

Nice hotel close to amenities.

Pros: Rooms and set up are mostly similar to other Country Inn and Suites were we have stayed, but no covered canopy where we could drive up to unload.
Cons: Maybe nothing.
Location: Choice of restaurants within walking distance.
Could not access CBS all night, and this was channel with all the shows we watch on Sunday. Disappointing. Did not like choice of eggs at breakfast. Prefer scrambled. Stayed at better Country Inn and Suites in other places.

Our TV provider corrected the channel issue, we apologize for the inconvenience. With regard to breakfast, we do change items on a rotating menu, daily, so scrambled is offered on other days. Again, sorry.
