My family and I stayed at this hotel and it was one of the best that we’ve stayed at so far.

Nice hotel, but staff is terrible

Pros: The breakfast was really good and my kids loved the pool
Cons: The staff and management's attitude toward the guests. They seemed to have not cared at all.
Location: We were near to everything. A lot of stores and restaurants.
When i arrived to the hotel my family and I had to sit outside for over a hour to wait while the hotel general manager and Expedia went back and forth about our reservation. We changed the dates and Expedia contacted the hotel to change it days before our trip, but the hotel said they didn't know anything about that. Come to find out that wasn't true. It really inconvenienced us, but they finally resolved the matter.

Sorry you had trouble with Expedia, and can assure you we did everything we could from our end to resolve this. Not sure why you thought it was the hotel. Hotel agreed to waive all fees out of courtesy, to get you into a room.

Very nice hotel for price

Everything was as it should be. Breakfast they ran out of hot coffee twice which should be avoided during morning Rush on everything was fine.

The Check in was great

Pros: location and check in staff
Cons: BED was too HARD was like sleeping on a piece of lumber. Trust me I have.
Location: On the Ross Clark Circle, the drive way is a bit hidden so slow down as you approach
check in was great the toilet however, in our room broke the first night. was just the handle for the toilet and we where so tired at check in we didn't say anything until the next day. The gentleman that fixed the toilet did the best he could considering he'd never done it before. Just didn't tighten correctly hubby had to. The biggest issue I had was with the staff the morning we were to check out. at the breakfast buffet the staff where rude and at the breakfast we had to sit next to very inconsiderate people. I'm disabled and the kids kept hitting my chair. Mom kept telling them to stop, but not once did she tell the kids to apologize, she didn't either and the staff at the buffet saw it and didn't say anything. they actually bumped me out of the way when I went to get juice.

Avoid this place

Pros: Coffee
Cons: renovate it
This hotel was over $280. For that much money I would expect a nice hotel. The furniture was outdated and dingy. The couch had a wire sticking out of the back. The pillows were smaller than standard and uncomfortable. There were roaches crawling n and our of the air handler. Breakfast included cold cereal, stale bagels, hard boiled eggs and microwaved sausage. The coffee was good.

Centrally located hotel in heart of city

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed using the indoor pool every day. Cookies and tea and coffee were available in the lobby all day long. Breakfast was convenient and there were many options. The hotel overall and our room in particular were kept clean and fresh. The staff could not be nicer. They were prompt, courteous and very friendly. We would recommend it to anyone.

This is a clean comfortable hotel close to shops. The room was really clean which is my greatest concern. I will stay again.
