The maintenance overall. Not cleaning the rooms. Ask some one to put clean towels in room, they said that they didn't speak English. Breakfast was a big disappointment.

Housekeeping opened the door to our room for someone that was not a guest and there to cause us harm putting our children and us in harms way we had to call the police to remove person from property. Hotel owner/manager said he or his staff isn't responsible and was not in the wrong?

TV quit working 4 times throughout the stay. I had to pay out of pocket for snacks instead of charging them to my room, which I travel a lot and this was strange .. pool was out of order

Property is in a good area for restaurants and shops. The check-in was difficult because it was very hard to understand, language wise, the front desk representative. The halls were very noisy with children running and screaming plus loud talking after 10 by many adults in the hall. Plenty variety for breakfast, however the gravy was cold. Not certain we would stay there again.

I booked a room with one king sized bed. However when I got there, the attendant told me they had no rooms like that available and put me in a room with two queen beds instead. I did not receive a refund, despite the room I initially booked being 20 dollars more expensive than the room I was given. Otherwise, the stay was fine. Room was clean, breakfast was good.

Extremely clean and fresh. In the heart of local restaurants and Publix! Staff were pleasant. Breakfast was okay but many options! Yellow warning tape outside the door but noticed they’re painting as I checked out. Will book again!

Staff was timely and attentive at check in. Construction on road in front is a pain (not fault of hotel) but real problem was cleanliness of the room: Cockroaches in rooms, toenails (not mine) in bathroom.

This place was amazing! Very clean, very quiet, close to Publix grocery store (in case you forgot something) tons of eateries in walking distance. The beds were comfy, the bathroom was super clean! I highly recommend. Oh and the staff were incredibly kind and professional!

The toilet seat was up when I came into the room which makes me think that either it never got cleaned or the cleaner stopped in the middle of cleaning it.
