Worst customer service I have ever had

Customer service here is absolutely horrible. It started out with them taking 45 minutes to book us in. They also refused to honor what they told me over the phone about our stay. In my week stay, not a single employee knew how to "work the new system" and it routinely took 30 minutes + each time I needed to speak with them about anything.
Also, the employee working is also the shuttle driver for the local BNSF employees. Every single time I went in to talk to them about something, check in or out, etc, I was left standing at the counter while they drove the shuttle to the station and back and then continued helping me.
Cable didn't work and took them 2 days to send someone out. They couldn't figure out how to charge my card when I wanted to leave, I left anyways and they charged me 4 days later. So many issues. It's the only place to stay in Bill. My suggestion is to stay in wright or Douglas if you are visiting the area.
