“All staff friendly and attentive. Had Bed & Breakfast stay in room with an atrium balcony which I can highly recommend in hot weather, the water features on the first floor provides more natural air conditioning. Plus the sound of the water provides a calming ambience.”

“Das Hotel ist super gelegen. Direkt an der Promenade in Douglas. Es ist gut mit dem öffentlichen Bus vom Flughafen aus zu erreichen. Das gebuchte Zimmer war top und die Mitarbeiter freundlich und zuvorkommend.”

“The hotel is very dated, not very clean and not maintained very well. Stayed there because it was a Best Western, but it wasn't of the same quality of a Best Western Hotel. The elevators were reliable, front desk not very friendly. Glad I was able to store my luggage prior to checking in to another hotel nearby for the TT races.”

Peeling wallpaper and piles of bedding left in narrow hallways from one day to the next. No amenities other than a kettle and a TV - the cheap kettle had scalding steam coming out of the handle and the TV didn't work. No wifi. Grimy windows and flaking paint. “Lovely hotel on the sea front. The staff were welcoming, friendly and helpful. Shops, restaurants, steam railway all within walking distance. The breakfast was excellent. The complimentary soft drinks and snacks were a nice touch. Room was adequate for a 1 night stay, lovely bathroom & comfortable bed. Would return again and recommend to others”
