Convenient Location

Overall, my stay was pleasant. My business was actually in Rochester, but I chose this location based on its proximity to food options. Clean hotel and rooms, offers free breakfast as well.

Quick and easy check-in and check out. Room was clean and bed was comfortable.

Dover Nh Comfort Inn & Suites. --- Never again!

Pros: Nothing.
Cons: Read my review. Figure it out.
Location: No.
It started with an I'll mannered front desk person and got worse after that. Black curly hair was left in a corner near the bathtub. There was also a dirty dental floss stick just sitting on a shelf in there. The entire top of the refridgerator seal was so dirty I could see it as soon as I walked into the room. My sheets also appeared to be somewhat worn. Oh yeH, the room was stuffy like cigarettes and wet dogs. You can have all this too for about $200 a night. Yep, 200 to stay at a skanked out low class Comfort Inn.

Room not as represented.

Not two separate sleeping areas, sofa bed extremely uncomfortable, no movie rentals, not enough staff for breakfast buffet, ran out of eggs, breakfast meats, coffee and we had to leave before they could make more. Construction on our floor unsightly and potentially hazardous. Fitness room and pool disappointing

Did not have my room available.

I called the hotel prior to making our reservation to check on a specific suite for me and my family. They confirmed they had the room available so I booked it ok Expedia. A week after booking the room, I called the hotel to confirm that I had booked the correct room. The hotel confirmed the room. When we arrived, they had us in a different room which would not work for our family. It forced is into purchasing a another room at a cost of over $200. Unacceptable.

Pros: The room was both well equipped and clean. Good job to the housecleaning staff.
Cons: Get repairs done quickly and completely.
Nice hotel, unfortunately it was under repair and messy in areas. Breakfast was not attended very well as things ran out quite frequently and took too long to replace.

ripped apart from what smelled like water damage

Pros: It was close to where we needed to be the next morning.
Hotel staff failed to inform us at check in that the floor our room was on had it's walls ripped open. We discovered this when we stepped off the elevator on our floor and from the musty smell it was clear they had suffered some water damage. Our room also had that same musty smell.

The suite itself was nice (2 queen beds with separate sitting area). The beds were not very comfortable. They were too soft for my liking. The service was not good at all. When we returned from being out all day, we found they had taken our dirty towels but did not leave us any clean towels. We had no towels. They got rid of the soap bars and did not leave us any. They did not not leave us an extra roll of toilet paper when the roll in the holder was almost empty. They never made up the beds either. Breakfast was not impressive either. Will definitely choose to stay at the Hampton Inn next door where the Beds and service were great as well as the breakfast. They were full by the time we booked as it was move in weekend for UNH. I can see why the Comfort Inn had availability.
