The room has unknown splatter marks and stains throughout the bathroom and on the walls. There was a huge water mark stain that had mold growing over the entire king bed. For the amount I paid for the weekend (upwards of $700 for 2 nights), I didn't anticipate it to be this gross.

Room (under window) air conditioner was noisy and this morning I found a bug (Similar to a flea) in our bed. I only found one. Bed was comfortable and room appeared clean. Hotel was convenient with many restaurants in the area.

Clean, full breakfast, friendly staff, convenient, accomodating to our needs. King bed a little firm for our liking but okay. Heater/air worked great. Will stay there again!

Rented a room. The entrance to the hotel was locked, I could not get inside the front entrance. When I initially called them to confirm, was told they were 24 hours. Waited 15 minutes and kept calling, no answer. Absolutely terrible service.

I booked my room for Valentine’s Day. I check in, go in my room to set up with rose petals leading from the door to the bed, I love you I spelled out on the bed with the rose petals, balloons on the bed, wine bottles in the bucket of ice. I leave out to go to dinner with my wife an after dinner was going to surprise her with the Hotel room for a night of romance. Get there with her an my key cards aren’t working anymore. Then I hear a voice. Someone is in my room. Guy answers door. Bam, most embarrassing an uncomfortable situation I’ve ever experienced thus far. Head to the service desk a clerk tells us the room was booked to this guy before me. I was furious an embarrassed at the same time. I trusted Expedia, reviews were good an better than their competitors. But they failed me.

My husband and I took a little overnight trip prior to my surgery this Wednesday, we wanted to stay at Bally Casino Hotel but as it being New Year’s Eve they booked up quick , chose hotel as was very close to casino , staff friendly, breakfast adequate and would definitely stay again if unable to get Bally , only thing that they could improve is microwave in room

Hotel not the best by Okay for a one night off the road stay. People who work there are very friendly, cooperative, informative and most pleasant. Breakfast was the usual fare and was a good start to the morning. Also close to casino.

The hotel is very clean, very quiet, and has very confortable beds. It is a great location for Bombay Hook NWR visitors. And easy access to restaurants and shopping. Have stayed here many times. Great breakfast too!
