Our room was comfortable; however, the Safe did not operate. Could not take a shower because the Diverter was stuck and would not allow shower to work. The price you pay for these rooms they should be inspected periodically to make sure everything is in working order. Once we reported the safe and shower did not work properly maintenance responded to repair the problems. We were in Room 306, third floor. Safe works now but diverter still does not work properly. Next time I will check everything before accepting the room.

Very nice but I asked not to be next to a stairwell for safety reasons and I was at the stairwell directly. If the hallway walk was not so far, I would have returned back to the desk. Good thing I had my mace in case someone stepped out of the stairwell. People watch and attack you that way and push you in your room. They come right out of the stairwell as you enter and you don't have a chance. Next time I will complain but it was only 1 night.

Hotel room was clean and while not fancy, was excellent for our needs. We had trouble finding USB ports to charge phones. Internet was spotty. Nice view of Dover Downs from our room. Hotel registration/check out staff, while not rude, could have at least smiled and said hello.. however the woman in the convenience store was so very nice! Adjacent casino has lots of gaming machines and casino was very clean. Staff was very nice. Wish there were more food options. Luckily this is on a major road with lots of restaurant choices. I'm gluten free and it was hard to find anything on site to eat. Overall, we were happy and would go back.

There were parking cones outside of the facility that had no real purpose. Elevators seems dirty with just in need of a wipe down. Many dining facilities within the casino not open when we were there. Room was clean and very comfortable. The shower water pressure was very low Check in and out was seamless. Also upset the pool was not accessible during our stay.

The hotel hallways and room we had smelt like smoke. I am assuming the rooms were once smoking rooms and the smell just never left. It's enough to notice as soon as one walks in the door of the room and just hard to get past when you're a non-smoker.

The property is a bit dated. Double beds… Just crawled into mine and it feels cheap and worn out! 😩 Otherwise (withstanding the losses at blackjack tables), it’s a decent hotel. The ratio of slots to BJ tables seems per low.

The systems were down for hours andni was not able to check in. I had to go to work and couldnt wait for sysems to come up. I wanted to change reservation for next day which could not be honored. Also i came for the pool to bring my son for his birthday, but found out after booking that the swimming pool was closed due to construction. This should be made aware to the customer before booking a nonrefundable reservation. Not happy at all!

Everything was good about our stay except the horrible smell of marijuana in our hallway. Everytime we opened the door, the smell was overwhelming and the smell went into our room. I know it's a non-smoking hotel so I was a dissappointed. Other than that, everything else was good.
