Centrally situated hotel with an Efficient Staff.

Pros: Its situation and its staff.
Cons: The rugs in the rooms, for they looked used and old.
Location: The quick connection to Wilmington and a visit to the Air Force Museum.
The hotel staff was friendly, polite, efficient and helpfull. They welcomed us, helped with directions, offered to use the business center and all with exceptional friendliness. We enjoyed our stay in Dover.

Pros: It was okay. The cost though Expedia was more than the Hotel charged and did not include breakfast.
Cons: Improve the items listed above.
Location: The location was good.
The air conditioner was very noisy and not very effective. The coffee maker did not work at all and the microwave was just okay. I did feel safe and comfortable.

good hotel for value. It was the cheapest around. The staff was helpful and friendly. The lobby bathroom was very dirty. lots of paper towels and garbage in the bathroom. But overall a good quick stay.

The staff was nice and very helpful. The rooms were clean however sometimes the tv would go in and out of service also, the water to take a shower was always cold

My experience at the Holiday Inn was a great experience. The front desk Morning staff (Kerry) was pleasant warm and welcoming. Absolutely hassle free! Breakfast was lovely, the servers and kitchen staff amazing!! The evening staff were not as friendly and helpful. Rooms were spotless! Clean linens. However you do need a car to get around. Over all great experience.
