Mistake to stay here

We reserved our room through Expedia, so we had no idea they charge us $15.00 per day to park. When checking in, the guy was kind enough to waive that. The breakfast buffet was disappointing, considering they charge $15.00 per plate. The biscuits were rock solid, the gravy watery, the eggs obviously the powdered mix. My wife's phone was stolen while we were in town, so she needed to use one of their computers in the lobby to check her messages for work. There was a wedding reception taking place, with two five year old kids playing video games on both computers. When we asked the manager to kindly ask one of the kids to move for a few minutes, he refused. This after we asked security to do the same. Their reasoning was that those kids had just as much a right to the computers as we did, whether it was business related or video game. We asked him to compensate our room, he refused since we paid through a third party. DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL. For the price they charge, you could pay a small amount more to stay at the Hyatt Regency several blocks down the road.

Nothing spectacular, pool and gym where closed for renovations only found out when I got there. No air on the lobby because of renovations.

Under construction, poor air conditioning,

Pros: Very pleasant staff.
Cons: better AC, open dining room for lunch. Better shower heads and increased water pressure.
Location: Location was good. Within walking distance to restaurants.
Disappointing, no dining for lunch available. Room was hot. Water pressure in shower was very low.

I've stayed there before great hotel. This time not so great usually get my parking cost waived, but pretty much had to beg for it this time even though I paid for 3 rooms. Also the hotel decided to switch out beds in some of there rooms for the remodel On a weekend and they were using guest elevators and making their guest deal with all the inconvenience no apologies for inconvenience just had to deal with it. Might have to consider a new go to hotel when I visit, I guess they don't care about valued customers.

The hotel is under construction. The air quality is poor. The carpet on our floor had been wet and smelled like skunk. The room never got below 75 degrees(we like it cold). The food in the tstaraunt was gross. The personnel were friendly and the area seemed to be nice.

Horrible Representation of a Hilton

Loud AC units, cold water for a shower, bad breakfast food all equal a horrible hotel. Plus the lobby is undergoing construction so there is no AC and no Starbucks in the lobby. Do not stay here. Go to the Hyatt.

Greeted by homeless people. Staff seemed less than motivated to fix. Pool closed long term (It was shockingly tiny anyway). Kitchen being remodeled, so half of the elevators closed and of course none of their signature chocolate chip cookies they market themselves on or anything to make up for any of this.

Not very happy! we did not get there till late 11:30pm come to find out the air conditioning was broke and was miserable. called down to front desk the next morning and sent a ground keeper up to fix but they had no idea what to do. I would like some kind of a refund for the poor hotel. The staff said they could not reimburse me for any of it.

Comfortable Bed

I thought the hotel was perfectly fine. Excellent service at the check-in area. Both hotel shuttle drivers to/from the hotel and airport were really friendly. Minor detail: the tv wasn't working. Not a big deal. Didn't really come to watch tv. Also, minor inconvenience, a towel rack came out of the wall on one side when I pulled a towel off of it. Overall, I'd say the bed and pillows were the best part of my stay. Extremely comfortable. I was happy with my stay!
