Unique experience

Posted Aug 24, 2017
We stayed in the Spy house. The room as well as the house is unique. Got a gift waiting on the bed. Checking in was fun, thanks to Graciela and the staff. Very nice and quiet location. Walking distance to really nice restaurants.

Albuquerque Visit

Posted Jul 21, 2017
As two history buffs, we could not have had a better house or room. We were in the Spy House connected to Ethel and Julius Rosenberg. The location was convenient and the street was quiet. The only complaint we had was that we did not meet any "staff" until the next morning. (The daughter-in-law was the cook.) Our room had the most comfortable bed of all the places we stayed on this trip.

So glad you enjoyed our place and the history of it. Sorry we weren't there to meet you. We were actually on a MUCH needed vacation (haven't had one in over 2 years!) during your stay. We felt though leaving the property in the hands of our daughter-in-law was a great way to allow our guests to still enjoy our family business.

Historical ambience in downtown

Posted Jul 17, 2017
Pros: Not too many people and felt like we were home. Parking right next door, close to everywhere we wanted to go.
Cons: Rooms were nice but the bed could be improved...too soft for us.
Location: We drove to Santa Fe most of time
Nice, cute historical hotel near downtown.. clean , nice staff that made us breakfast every morning and close by major highway.. very convenient

I am glad you enjoyed the privacy of our property. However I am sorry you didn't enjoy the beds as much. They are fairly new mattresses that are made by Denver Mattress and are called the Dr. Choice - not to firm or to soft. We did this hoping it would be a good choice for most guests but know it is hard to perfectly accommodate all in this area. In spite of that I hope you slept well.

Don't pass this gem up!

Posted Jul 4, 2017 on Orbitz
Pros: Ever little detail. So glad I stayed here.
Cons: Nothing.
Location: Downtown has a lot of restaurants.
Good location off the freeway, easy to get inside of the house. Very clean and cute B&B, welcoming staff and very detailed to small touches that make the stay so wonderful. I will be back and stay longer. I had the Pansy/Rose room in the Heritage house.
