Lovely hotel in ABQ.

Pros: Clean, quiet, comfortable rooms
Cons: Heater was not working. Couldn't get room above 61 degrees, finally just turned it off and got under the comforter.
Location: Movies, hiking, skiing, aquarium, shopping, dining.
Very cordial staff. Clean quiet and comfortable room with good amenities...tiny fridge, coffee maker, fold out sofa in our room for extra guests. Free breakfast, but we were leaving prior to service (7am on weekends). Would definitely go back if in area.

Nice hotel with appealing atmosphere.

Enjoyed the hotel with the open atrium area. Breakfast and evening reception very nice. Atrium area was a bit cold temperature wise. Had to wear jackets and food got cold quickly. Suite was clean and very roomy. At check-in front desk clerk said we had a 2 night reservation and marked our drink slips accordingly. We were on a road trip and didn't think twice about it until we returned home and discovered our reservation was for 3 nights. Still trying to get reimbursed for the 3rd night!!!! Not going so well! For more info see case #E-18337698. Hotel used the wrong Hilton Honors # so my receipt was showing another party located in Colorado. I reside in Nevada. It was a nightmare between the hotel and Hilton Honors to get resolved. Remain hopeful the hotel will honor the refund for misleading us at check-in.

The Hotel has refunded the last night of the reservation on the Credit Card provided from the third party. It will be Expedia that sends the updated receipt to you when everything has been processed. Nice hotel. Central location. Room could have been cleaner. Staff was great. Breakfast was great. Peace and quiet was pleasant even though the hotel seemed pretty full.

Excellent spacious Suite Hotel in good location

This is an excellent hotel in a good llocation. The suites are very spacious and comfortable. The only negative is that the bedroom blinds were split and needed replacing. The Hotel is close to downtown and old town, but not walking distance. There are a lot of Hotels around, but most of them are not walking distance. We stayed here for the Balloon Fiesta and it was very convenient for that, only 15 minutes to park and ride, which is great way to do Balloon Fiesta. The facilities are good with an indoor pool, hot tub, and Spa. There was complementary breakfast, which was the best I have had without a separate payment. There was an Omelet station , and you could get eggs and pancakes. We went there for 25th wedding anniversary, and on check in mentioned to Receptionist. On arrival back to room on Saturday evening was greeted by huge fruit and cheese platter, bottle of wine, and card from Staff. A really nice surprise, and was above expectations. Overall excellent.

Great Access to Festivities!

Pros: Location and access to the festivities
Cons: Room cleaning and clean towels everyday
Location: We specifically came for the Hot Air Balloon and all the fun. Truly a great unique experience. Great people and food.
We loved everything about our trip. The room, location of the hotel and the easy access to the Hot Air Balloon festivities. We couldn't ask for a more congenial experience. The only down fall was that one day our room was not cleaned up. Other than that - great experience. Thanks

Choose somewhere else.

Room humid and sticky feeling due to not working vent, told front desk but never fixed. Air did not work but engineer came and fixed. Bar sink had nasty brown foul smelling fluid back up into it 2x. Engineer came and fixed first time but made room smell like crap all night and vent didn't work and no windows open. 2nd time we just requested new room which they said no at first but then moved us. Windows dirty so during day hard to see out of. Drapes that dark out room missing. Breakfast was good. Staff where great. Easy to get to from airport. Coffee shop in lobby great.

The maintenance came to unstop our toilet and once he finished he walk through the room and drip toilet water all over the carpet so we laid down towels to not have to walk on

Everything was outsranding

The stay was great, Balloon Fiesta was better than ever, breakfast are excellent, Everythingcwas great, just need extra time for check out and eventhough I stayed in a Premium Suite the declined my request for just an extra hour.
