Horrible

Posted Dec 14, 2017
No ESPN channels, Wi-Fi is dreadfully slow. Front desk has no answers. Go stay somewhere else where you can watch ESPN and have Wi-Fi. Probably less expensive as well.

Great hotel, horrible internet service

Posted Nov 2, 2017
The hotel was great but the slow and weak internet made it impossible to do any work. Staff was great, location good, price good, internet stunk!

Great service. Nice and clean room.

Posted Oct 29, 2017
Pros: The location was perfect.
Cons: The property is older, but nice. You can tell it's not brand new- but, still nice, especially for the affordability.
The bed was great and comfy! The location is nice, close enough to freeway and some shopping, but off the beaten path- hardly any traffic near the hotel. Breakfast was great, the staff was very friendly & helpful.

Lush, comfortable bed

Posted Oct 24, 2017
Pros: It was clean in the common use areas.
Cons: Carpet desperately needs deep cleaning or replacement. Do routine maintenance on furniture in the rooms. The coffee table legs were loose.
Location: Centrally located, made house hunting easy, several eateries nearby so meals were a pleasure.
Overall the room was comfortable and well laid out, but details had been overlooked. The coffee maker did not function at all, had to be replaced. It seemed that the supply of Keurig coffee cups was stingy and asking for more resulted in just 2 at a time. We bought a box from a local store rather than repeatedly returning to the desk to receive 2 cups. The other thing that was simply wrong, the carpet was so soiled that it was discolored, and left black marks on our socks when we walked around in our stocking feet. We were disappointed in the "military" discount, less than 2%. We receive far more generous discounts traveling through non military communities from this chain.

LOOKS NICE ON THE OUTSIDE

Posted Oct 23, 2017
Pros: bREAKFAST
Cons: TO NUMUEROUS TO MENTION
Location: EASY ACCESS BUT NOTHING NEARBY
LOOKS NICE ON THE OUTSIDE BUT NEEDS TO BE UPDATED, FURNISHINGS ARE VERY WORN. BATHROOM DOOR RUBBED THE FLOOR VERY VERY HARD TO CLOSE. NOT A VERY GOOD SELECTION OF TV CHANNELS, NEEDS A LIGHT OVER COFFEE AREA, ANTS ON BATHROOM FLOOR. BREAKFAST WAS GOOD.

Mostly Good Stay with a Few Problems

Posted Oct 11, 2017
Pros: Location, staff, breakfast selections, comfort of room
Cons: more TV channels, more reliable internet service
Location: Located near the intersection of I-40 and I-25, it was easy to get to Old Downtown, Indian Pueblo Cultural Center, Chinese Lantern Festival
The Good; Great staff, room was comfortable, breakfast was varied and tasty, early morning hours for breakfast during Balloon Festival weekend, Keurig coffee makers in room. The Bad: TV was only receiving 3 channels, none of the local stations, so local news was hard to get. Internet service was mostly good but would drop out for up to 10 minutes at a time.

Good location for local sights.

Posted Oct 10, 2017
Just off Hwy 25. Two exits from airport exit. Close to local sights. Pueblo Indian Museum and Old Town close by. Walking distance to Applebee's. Would stay here again because of location.
