The ground floor was very noisy. People in hallway very loud & slamming doors! But when we awoke there was a good size cockroach watching us sleep! Breakfast is no prize winner, but it get u going for the day. We will probably not stay here again!

When my husband and I had arrived we were welcomed by security and the person working the front desk. Asked if we had reservations and we did, I had called to reserve our room. They only had one left. We had went to our room, king size bed. When we had went down for breakfast, it was crowded. A lot of people there because a family member is at the hospital. Our experience was great. We didn’t have much time there at the hotel but what we had went well.

We do have a lot of people coming in to visit family members that stay at the hospital. we are surrounded by the 4 major hospitals in Albuquerque Hope you come back when you have extra time and get to use our huge indoor pool. Run Down

The hotel was very run down. We got a room and it smelled the poop so we asked for another room. The second room we got had a sliding glass door which did not shut properly and could hear the noise coming from the busy highway. The tub had stains. The bed was not very comfortable. The carpet was not vacuumed properly. I properly would never stay there again.

Cons: Better breakfast selection
Loved the pool and spa after walking old town and the flea markets. Good location and easy access.

Right for the price, no frills and no big downers

Exactly what one should expect from a basic hotel at a decent price. Decent room with decent selections on the TV and a good internet connection. A slightly better than average free breakfast. BUT, the main thing was there were no negative surprises.

Close to the freeway

The stay was good. Staff very friendly. I wasn't thrilled having our room in the basement and could not look out the window to check on the car during the night.

Rip off

Reserved room with king bed, got one with 2 queen beds, carpet was stained, walls wer dingy and dirty. There was funky odor in halls. Breakfast was good though! Will not stay there again!
