Pros: As stated above, the staff was so helpful and friendly!
Cons: Can't think of anything.
Location: Close to Heart Hospital, less than 5 -10 minutes.
The staff was Great, freindly, I was in town due to my boyfriend being flown up from Roswell with a heart condition. Staff was helpful, received discount due to family member in hospital. The Hospital is not far from the hospital which was great. Restaurant had good food, well priced. I came with minimal clothes, they had a washer and dryer, much needed.

Close to Center and Old Town

Posted Nov 20, 2017
Our visit was a mix of “Ok, to what the . . .” Our check-in was smooth and quick; we were offered our choice of floor and area of the hotel. The room was as reserved. Our visit to the Rustler Restaurant at about 7:00 pm was our first disappointment. The single waitress was; greeter, waitress, bus person, and apparently room service delivery provider. Bless her heart, she tried, but it was obvious she was struggling, with no attempt by management to offer assistance. Note: this was on a Saturday, and the hotel was busy. The second issue involved the numerous children (more than a dozen) running about in the hall where our room was located, and which continued throughout our stay with no control by the parents or the hotel staff, though requested. Our final issue, which is probably a reflection of the lack of management attention indicated above, involved our room key. Check out time is 12:00 noon; when we returned to our room from breakfast (10:00 am), we found ourselves locked out of the room. A visit to the lobby desk found several others with the same issue. The person behind the desk was all alone and when requested that she call for assistance, indicated “she was all alone”! Once reprogrammed, we found only one of two keys actually worked. Later, while attempting to return from outside, we were unable to access the back door (neither key worked). We might return, someday. Management should reevaluate staffing.

Nice but a little noisy

Posted Nov 10, 2017
This was my second time staying at this hotel. I really like that there are drink specials per guest and the breakfast is really good. This time there were a lot of college students for a conference. It was noisy and got a little rowdy throughout the night. I will probably stay again but we'll be more careful about other activities going on in the city like a college conference.

Run down

Posted Nov 7, 2017
Gave our room to a group that came in. The staff was not willing to help until they made me get angry with them. Then acted like they were doing me a favor. Cost me $100 more than I budgeted for the trip.

Disappointing Stay

Posted Oct 27, 2017
Cons: Basic maintenance and renovation!
Location: Sketchy neighborhood
I just stayed here for a 4-day conference and was terribly disappointed. The hotel needs some serious renovation if it wants to continue to market itself as an "events center." Broken AC unit, loud freeway noise, broken door lock, broken exterior card-reader, dirty dishes in breakfast area, the list goes on. One night as I sat in the pool area, I overheard the constant maintenance requests coming through on an employee's walkie-talkie. It was obvious they were completely overwhelmed with all the broken things that needed attention and the maintenance workers were at their wit's end. The sad thing is, the hotel was packed full of tour busses full of people the entire time and had several big meetings going on. It seems that they could afford to do some basic updates if they want people to continue to stay there but instead they are doing the least amount of maintenance possible while pocketing all the money. I will not be back.

Room unclean. Looked like a cheap motel! The rug looked terrible, sheets made my skin itch. Bad experience.
