Not a good hotel to stay with family

Location: Hotel location is good as it is just next to I-40 but didn't feel safe by outside hotel surroundings in night.
I found good room price and online rating but hotel looks very old and hotel outside surroundings is not good with family stay specially in night. I notice lots of people roaming outside during night and breakfast was not good at all, even I didn't use breakfast coupons after checking breakfast buffet. Room and beds are just OK. I will not recommend this for family stay.

Trip To Albuquerque

Heater didn't work in assigned room so hotel staff were able to move us quickly to a new room. Very good service and wonderful free breakfast buffet and free drink. Will definitely stay again.

Chose this Hotel because of the free shuttle service. However was not able to utilize because our flight was earlier than the start time of the shuttle service. Staff was friendly and accommodating. I was not happy with the mold in the bathroom, in the bathtub and on the roof. (Second floor). Was over priced for the condition.

Good in a pinch

We made our reservations at the last minute, because we would be driving through Albuquerque on New Years Eve. The room was clean but cold. It was 19 degrees outside and staff hadn't set even a minimum temperature for the heat. It took more than three hours for the room to warm. Breakfast was great. Omelets to order, waffles and a full layout. Then we tried to leave. All the gates were locked. It was after 8 am, and we had to go back into the hotel and ask to be let out.

Low standards

So the room didn’t have fresh sheets (there was food crumbs and hair under the covers, the pillows and mattresses had stain on them that looked like they were from a century ago. All in all this hotel needs a make over

A great place to stay

Wonderful friendly staff. Great hot breakfast. Shuttle service to a number of area sites. Came for the New Mexico Bowl. Was afraid this was away from bowl activities. Very glad we stayed here.

Not bad

Check in was easy. Got to my room and the TV remote had no batteries; the staff was quick to remedy it. The bed seemed to slouch towards the foot of it lile the springs were going out. Other than that the bed was ok. Not great but ok. The breakfast was alright. Buffet style with plenty of selections. The biscuits were very dry and the sausage was cold. Informed the staff lady and she apologized and went to get fresh sausage. The eggs were pretty runny as well. Overall I wasn’t too impressed with the breakfast. The room was cozy and I would give them another try.
