Friendly staff

Staff were all very friendly from front desk to maids. Room was huge, beds comfortable, breakfast offering was better than most.

I shop hotels < $100. This one is the best so far. Wish I could package and take it with me where ever I travel!

Pros: Location was great. Easy access to the near by interstates.
Cons: Selections of restaurants for room service
Location: Near the downtown area and major interstates in NM.
The check in was fast and staff was friendly. The breakfast was average compared to other hotel breakfast options. The room was clean. There is a lot of noise from the near by freeway and street but I didn't hear any noise from the adjacent rooms. I did not like the room service provided from local restaurants. I was not impressed with the food and it was over priced for what I received.

Poor location and service

The QI sign was not illuminated, I arrived after dark and only a red sign was illuminated, making it difficult to find. Breakfast is rationed, one tray with no second trip to the line. No taking trays to your room. Room did not appear to have been vacuumed. Street noise was more than one should expect. Asked to initial receiving drink tickets, when I asked what they were for I was told it did not matter as the bar was closing. Who benefits from the unused tickets that a customer says they received but could not use.?

A pleasant nights stay

The hotel was very clean and comfortable the staff was friendly and attentive also convenient to food and shopping, definitely a good choice and value, all in all it was a pleasant nights stay

Disappointed customer

I purchased my stay for this hotel through a third party which is Expedia. I supposed to have paid $50 for a deposit, but was actually charged $175 for the deposit. I told the receptionist immediately that day once I checked my bank account and no results were done to waive that fee that I asked the hotel to take off for my three four days stay. I really upset to have $125 stolen from you by an hotel is not what I would an enjoyable stay.

Thank you for your review. The funds in question were not stolen it was a hold on the account for incidentals. The funds are returned after check out. At your request we even contacted your bank to have the incidental hold released earlier. I apologize that your stay was not enjoyable.

It was okay

This was one of the last places available when I got around to booking our trip to balloon fiesta so I didn't expect much. Towels were rough, no fan in the bathroom, a/c didn't work well at all, to-go coffee cups didn't come with lids, walls are PAPER THIN, courtyard area is pretty but smells like smoke. We didn't spend much time at the hotel so it served the purpose of giving us a place to sleep at night but it definitely didn't wow.
