Hole in the wall

Not ground floor, not handicap accessible, reading lights don’t work, unable to use WiFi, no wash cloths , poor lighting, Wife unable to charge her phone no electric outlet useable on her side of the bed, parking spaces available poor, nothing staff can do about it, this is a horrible horrible stay in Albuquerque, bed very uncomfortable, needed to use flashlights to see into suitcases, room light on side near door/ heater is extremely low we bump our heads on it, bathroom lighting poor, trash on floor as we entered room, night stands beside bed poorly designed, no room for glasses, is full with lam that doesn’t work and room phone, not a happy experience in Red Roof In I will NEVER stay with Red Roof AGAIN! Was many people talking and outside of they rooms at late time 1am 2 am. I reported and the office lady say .. It ok...

Advertising full breakfast was a nice touch and saved us time on our journey to Texas.

Chicken burrito

I ate a chicken burrito from twisters, watched some TV, took a shower and went to sleep.

Worst hotel ever stayed in!

What a dump! Bathroom was filthy and they hadn’t even taken the trash out from the previous guest. Smoke alarm started chirping at 4am and kept us wake (I should have tore it out of the ceiling), I’d upload a video but video aren’t allowed. My son tripped on a a piece of jagged metal sticking out of the stairs (Included is an image of the step). Breakfast was inedible.

Yes, the reviews are true. This is an older property, but during my stay it was apparent that the new management was upgrading the hotel. It looked as though it hadn't been long since they have acquired the property from a different corporation. My family and I had a good time. And yes, there are vagrants that hang out at the gas station adjacent to the hotel, but I never saw any that actually came onto the property. I was happy to see that this hotel attracted tourists and other families. I would stay here again. And, the breakfast was good, too!

Hotel needs major remodeling and cleaning. Exterior painting and cleaning also prudent

Growing pains while in franchise transitioning

Pleasant service but a bit disorganized as this hotel is transitioning from another (Quality Inn) franchise. Balloon Festival weekend, so ABQ is busy. Breakfast was a mess. Lots of people and shortage of orange juice, biscuits, sausage, fruit, etc. Otherwise, it was perfectly adequate.
