"This hotel is in an excellent walkable 7 minutes Asheville downtown location with easy parking and road access to nearby highways for touring around Asheville. All the hotel staff - from the Reception, Cleaning staff, the Bar and to their Chop Restaurant, have wonderful sunny helpful personalities. The room was big and I really appreciated the little fridge, microwave and generous tea/coffee supplies. I highly recommend this hotel. For tourists without a car, go the Cowe Street central local ART Bus Station (about a 10 minute walk across Downtown from this Four Points Hotel) and you can take local Bus S3 route which goes to Biltmore Village and Asheville-Fletcher Airport ... ticket only $1, or take Bus S4 route to the artistic Riverside District."

"The staff was amazing. The bathroom was not as clean as it could be, but it was fine. If you don’t have OCD you won’t notice very slight grout stains and like three hairs. Hilariously the exposed brick wall is actually wallpaper. AC was very loud, but beds were great and the room was spacious with a great vibe and a nice view. I would stay there again. "

"Locked out of our room after dinner for about 2 hrs. Lock on door needed new batteries. Staff very nice and gave us a comp on breakfast, a drink in the bar and a free room. Very very good service. Will definitely stay at Hiltons in the future."
