Great place to stay. Room was well laid out and close to the attractions we had a great view of the Ferris wheel from where we were!

Hotel was lovely, staff at front desk were so friendly and helpful. The hotel is in the center of this part of town, close walking to attractions. Free happy hour with drinks and snacks every night and free breakfast! Not your typical continental..... made to order omelets and the works!!! Definitely would recommend!!!

Was a great stay...very friendly and helpful staff. Beautiful room with a great view. Excellent restaurant. You really get a lot for the nightly rate.

Room temperature control not working

Our air conditioning didn’t work. The room kept heating up about 45 mins after we turned the temperature down and then we would wake up sweating. We could not get the room to cool off. The thermostat kept turning back up to 75 degrees. We called down to the front desk and the room phone kept disconnecting. The phone didn’t work. We finally got up and called from our cell phone at 245 A.M. and someone came to the room and said they could have engineering check it out in the morning. They were able to get box fans so at least we were able to sleep, but it was not a good experience. In the morning, when they asked how our stay was, I told them what happened. They apologized and then asked if we were Hilton honors members so they could “see what they could do” for us. We are not members so essentially they said there was nothing they could do. So much for costumer service. I’m glad we were only there one night. We won’t be staying at an embassy suites again.

The staff was wonderful and always pleasant. The made to order breakfast was delicious and the evening reception which includes a free cocktail and yummy snacks was an added bonus. I have stayed at several Embassy Suites from Los Angeles to New Jersey (coast to coast) and plan on return in a few weeks. It will always my hotel of choice.

Great location

Great hotel, great location. Walking distance to everything, 2 minute walk to the aquarium, right across from Centennial Olympic Park, tons of bars and restaurants. Friendly and helpful staff!

Perfect distance to World Congress Center

The only downside is that our room faced Marietta BLVD The traffic is loud for those rooms. But the hotel is in good shape. The Valet staff is great. Ruth’s Chris and Starbucks in the hotel.

Staff could care less

Pros: The breakfast was good
Cons: Staff attitude.
The staff here seemed to care less about the guest experience. The sink handle in our room was broken and when I reported it, absolutely nothing was done to fix it. I gave a large tip to the young man checking us in, hoping to get the best experience possible and he literally took my money and forgot who I was.
