Convenient

I understand that you’re paying so much money for 1 night because it’s right in downtown Atlanta, but I was very disappointed that we were forced to pay $30 extra (on top of our $160/night room) for valet parking. I would’ve parked my car on my own if it was allowed. Also the A/C was broken, and the bed was very uncomfortable. I was impressed with how friendly the staff were though. Very hospitable employees.

Perfect Hotel Downtown

I arrived to the hotel via Uber, and upon walking up to the front door a staff member held the door open for me. I proceeded to check in and was instantly greeted and helped to get my room keys, free water bottle and Hershey's chocolate bar before heading up to my room. The front desk concierge was extremely friendly. I made my way up to the room and it was very large and had many amenities including microwave, mini-fridge, and a sink in the "kitchen" area. This hotel is conveniently located in downtown Atlanta, so they even provide ear plugs for light sleepers. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling in the area.

Pleasant centric hotel

Friendly staff, great hotel & good rooms. Free shuttle service for a 2-mile radius ( covers the Georgia Aquarium, World of Coca Cola ). Next to a Marta station (rail & bus)

Delightful Staff!

Every employee went out of their way to be friendly and helpful. Rooms were spacious (although not thoroughly cleaned daily) and breakfast yummy. Welcome water and candy bar....fantastic! Free popcorn and coffee. Free shuttle a plus. I would stay again!

Close to the arena

The hotel was convenient walking distance to alot of shops , especially the arena.. Friendly staff the security guard Jeremiah was very helpful and friendly. With getting around town

Good hotel

Stayed for one night to attend a concert. The venue was literally around the corner (The Madquerade). The area had plenty of options for food and shopping. The room was clean and comfy. The carpet though did feel like it needed to be steam cleaned, as it felt like there was a weird film of some kind on it. I would stay here again.
