Terrible rip off. Right in the middle of a ghetto and then No parking. Some valet parking attendant wants to park your car a couple blocks down, not even on premises, to then charge you $40. Anything can happen to your vehicle during that transport. Didnt sleep all night thinking about my vehicle. The room was extremely small with cramped TV stand against end of bed where both my son and husband had their feet hanging out. No space nor sitting area to enjoy a cup of coffee. Practically jumping over each other to get around. Totally dissapointed.....Expedia states checkin from 3pm to 3am then they kick you out by 10am. When I mentioned this to desk attendendant she responded with a cocky attitude about not being responsible for the 3rd party misprint. Expedia you are the 3rd party. Do not tarnish your reputation dealing with 3rd class so-called hotels like this one. Never again. I paid a lot less at the Hyatt Regency 3 weeks prior to this and it was much better.

Nice hotel downtown

Pros: Staff was friendly. Close to many downtown attractions. Hotel room/lobby was clean. Breakfast was nice. They have a pancake machine to make fresh pancakes. Cons: Rooms are small. I paid for stay on Expedia. The hotel charged me 2 charges totaling $400 at check out. I called the hotel and was told the charges would drop off. That's still $400 pending on my debit card and it should only be $50 for valet parking. FYI: Valet parking is $25 overnight and there is a parking lot across the street and caddy corner from the hotel for $10. We would definitely stay here again.

Pros: The staff
Cons: the wobble toilet , shower and elevators.
Location: great location
The staff was great! the room was clean but the toilet was wobble, shower fixtures the same, elevator was a nightmare. For the price they could have done better.

Only stay if the others are booked

Very outdated. Smelled like sewage in the halls and room. Valet acted as if I was invisible. Hotel staff were nice.

Close to Walker Stalker event that.

Pros: Everything.
Cons: There was 1 elevator that didn't operated properly.
Location: Walker Stalker.
It was a very nice hotel and it was close to my favourite , Dunkin' Donuts.

No Commitment & No accountability

When we pulled into the Hotel, there was no one to assist us with valet parking. So, we finally walked into the Hotel and the room that we had reservations for and had paid for in advance with a king size bed was no longer available. The reason given to us was because others had checked in earlier than us. The room that they assigned us had no views to anything but another wall and it was not cleaned and super small. The customer service personnel who checked us in stated that they were shorthanded and had several issues that day with personnel. In closing, this hotel did not fulfilled their commitment for what we paid for and no one seem to care or was going to be held accountable for not fulfilling their commitment to my family. My wife & I stay in downtown ATL all the time, however after this experience, we will NEVER stay at this hotel ever again!

Location: I came for A3C and because of the location it was perfect.
I want to thank the entire staff! You made our stay amazing! From the breakfast crew to the front desk and the other staff the team there make the hotel stay great and we thank you!
