When I arrived at the hotel I found out that the parking area was full so I had to find parking elsewhere.. I had to park three blocks away and it cost me $30 that I felt that the hotel should have offered a refund on for the inconvenience. When I got to the front desk I realized that I had forgotten my wallet so I had to go back to my car to get it. The lady at the counter told me that security could watch my bags as I walked back to my car. I went over to security and they told me that I couldn't leave my bags with them and would have to take them with me. When I got back I checked in, the staff was okay but I didn't get a hint of friendliness from them. The room itself was okay, the value for the room was okay but combined with the cost of parking it was expensive.

Pleasant Downtown Hotel

Felt very comfortable at this location!! Was amazed at the way the hotel was run for as many rooms as the staff had to attend to!!! Wonderful staff people in place and enjoyed our trip very much!!

Nice hotel. Great location just a few blocks from the Georgia Aquarium, World of Coke.

Horrible Experience

Checked in to the Hyatt Regency Atlanta Downtown. As I grabbed a face towel from under the sink to wash my face, I was completely disturbed and disgusted by what I found on the towel. Even now it makes me nauseous to think about the condition of that towel. It appeard that someone blew their nose with the towel and folded it back up and put it under the seat. I am attaching photos of the towel and will be reporting this to the front desk as well. I called the front desk and asked for fresh towels, sheets and pillows. The individual that answered the phone stated that she would have housekeeping bring fresh towels. I am completely at a loss of words honestly and I felt the need to inform management about this. This is by far one of the most disturbing experiences as a first time guest in this establishment. In addition to that I paid $40 a night for valet parking only to be told that I could not get my car parked due to the voice being recorded at the hotel that night… I asked to speak to management and even emailed the managers that were listed on the card inside the room.. Still no response from management.

Nice hotels and close to attractions

This is a nice hotel and in close proximity to various attractions and food options. However, it was very noisy inside and outside the hotel until extremely late at night even though they post quiet hours. There was loud noise as late as 4:00 a.m.

The unloading of luggage procedure and the reloading of luggage was too complicated. The staff in charge of this were rude and abrasive. The parking garage was full during our stay, causing us to park our vehicle two blocks away. I had to find this parking on my own, without being familiar with the Downtown area and the one-way streets.
