Good place to stay if you don't want to drive downtown, but a little over priced for a one night stay.

Well...

When checked into the room, it had heavy bleach/chlorine smell which first I have attributed to recent room service but then bath had small curly hair and fingerprints on faucet and handles, secondly bed had a footprint on bedding. Disappointed.... however in close proximity to everything in downtown, so that a plus.

Great location for visiting 6th street in Austin. Easy to get to. Convenient parking.

Good if you're looking for the basics

At 1/3rd he price of the other downtown hotels, this one gets you close and saves you money. Room was clean and bed comfortable. What else do you need?

Good location and nice staff

Pros: location and staff
Location: Good food near by and right near the action of 6th street
I had never stayed at an extended stay and so wasn't aware of the need to have shampoo and conditioner and that the rooms would not be cleaned or restocked daily or at all while I was there. That was OK for me since I was alone but something to be aware of with more people you may go through the towels, etc. Clean room and friendly staff.

At first glance, the room appeared fine, but a cabinet door in the kitchen had a broken hinge, there were hairs in the bathroom, and the bed sheets were wrinkled like they hadn’t been changed. The front desk clerk was nice and called a few minutes after check in to see if the room was ok. That was before I noticed the bathroom and sheets.

Nice hotel on 6th

Pros: It was close to the club scene and the staff is friendly.
Cons: The rooms could be checked before it is occupied and probably be given a bug treatment.
Location: There are nice restaurants and a fun night scene close by to where there isn't a lot of noise but you can still enjoy a night out.
There was only one bar of soap and an already opened one near bathroom sink. There were baby cockroaches in the restroom and a few in the sleeping area. But it wasn't anything too bad. Overall, the hotel room did what it needed to do and provided us with a clean bed to sleep in.
