Location is the best feature of this hotel

Pros: Location
Cons: Make it easier to get hair dryer, glasses/cups, and towels.
Location: Maggie Mae is easy walking distance. The Texas History Museum and the capital are close by.
Easy walk to capital, museum, bars, restaurants, Metro, and river walk. Don't expect much for breakfast as the small amount of food that is put out goes early and is not replenished.

Fair hotel close to downtown

Pros: Close to downtown.
Cons: More ammenities
No bells & whistles, No shampoos,soap,bath mats, 1 towels per person

Garbage everywhere in the halls and lobby. Some of it lasted for days.

Great Location at a Reasonable Price

This was a great place to stay for any events in downtown Austin. We went to a concert at ACL Moody Theater. It was a five minute walk. There is many restaurants and bars close by. And the price was right considering the location.

Last minute option

When this is the only option left for a last minute stay in Austin, it will do. Rooms are okay, you would think for such a great location this place would be a lot nicer. Wouldn't stay here again unless it's the only option.

Great hotel for the price. This was my second stay at this hotel, and I came back for the location. When in Austin, I don't spend much time in the room as there is much to do and this hotel is still only a few blocks from where you want to be. Staff was friendly, place was clean. My a/c wasn't working the best when I got in so they immediately switched my room with no hassles. I will likely be back

This hotel was very nice and wonderful to attend, the staff and room and everything in whole was just great. The staff was kind and considerate of our well being and always greeted us. The room was clean and ready. Overall it was a great service.
