I blame Expedia as they have it advertised with parking and breakfast but once arrive neither are free— parking $38! Those should only be listed if free because ALL places have parking and most offer breakfast but by having on amenities list made it seem free. They weren’t super friendly or helpful either. So many other options in the area I would stay elsewhere.

We believe that all of our pricing information is readily available for our guests and by no means did we intend to surprise anybody. We are very sorry for the miscommunication. Our pricing is in line with similar properties in this area, and we feel that we offer good value given our central location and extensive facilities. Noisey

Pros: Room is nice
Cons: Heat the hot tub.
Do not get a room on south side of hotel. Very noisey until 2 AM due to outdoor venues with bands only tow blocks away. Hot tub was not heated.

For the most part I had a good experience at the Sheraton. The staff was friendly and accommodating and the room was nice and clean. The only issue I had was with check in. I had to wait an hour and 15 minutes before I was given a room, but the staff made up for it with complimentary drinks. Overall good experience and I do recommend this hotel.

Very nice hotel. Recent renovation were nice. Room was comfortable and the food was excellent!

Cons: Air conditioning was not strong enough
Nice resort like feel but sadly right next to the large homeless community so walking outside property was not fun.

ACL weekend

Staff wasn't very friendly. No smile when I checked in nor when I checked out. During check in she took my ID to look up my reservation, but then proceeded to help 3 pilots when they walked up. I totally understand priority personnel, but the least she could say was excuse me or let me know. I didn't understand why she was taking so long looking up my info until I glanced over and noticed she started helping them first. I work in customer service. All she had to do was say I'm sorry, one moment, I need to help these men first. Positive: the bathroom was very spacious.

The staff was great but the bed was super uncomfortable. It was a more firm mattress that we had trouble with. The food downstairs was really delicious and you gotlatge portions.

Nice hotel close to Texas Teachers Retirement bldg
