So Unsatisfied

Pros: the hotel is convenience to the buses and the local subway.
Cons: the whole staff they need a new one i 'm never going back to this establishment.
Location: the inner harbor is close by so u can walk around downtown and if u wanted something to eat late night you did have 711 close by.
My experience at the envy hotel was horrible i had ask is housekeeping could come to the room to change my sheets and no one ever came to my room cause i had an accident and i didn't want to sleep on those sheets that night so i had strip the bed myself n sleep on the blanket and a sheet it the worst experience that i ever had and i will never go back to this hotel ever again and i will not recommend this hotel to anyone and it also unprofessional and i was just so unhappy about my stay here and i will not be coming back .

Nice hotel walking distance to everything I needed

Awesome, the staff was great. The rooms where nice and comfy. Lots of space .

Night staff was rude and not helpful, room was not clean enough, heat was not working, lamp, mirror were broken.

Location is pretty convenient.

Pros: Location.
Cons: Heat and bugs.
Location: Lots of good food.
Heat did not work in the room on very cold night. I came home with bug bites on my legs and feet. No refrigerator. Otherwise ok. The bug and heat issue sorta negate any good feeling I had by getting a cheap hotel room.

The place si dirty. Rugs look like want clean since they open.The bed sheet has footprinot. The sofá was stain and cigarettes burn everything was nasty.Around The hotel you see homeless slepping at The sidewalk. Prostitución and drogas addicts. I felt very unsafe. Was my Family and my nightmare.

Had you ever had a guy who sing during check in??

The guy at the desk was singing loud during my check in and stop only after he had all my informations and then took his cell and he read what he need to tell me about the hotel...Wow unprofessionnal!!...Then on the parking he doesn t want to help me and he told me that I'm responsible for that..again unprofessionnal...you should fire this guy.
