Staff very friendly. Rooms very clean. Would prefer to have a microwave in the room. Very close to the stadium.

I have severe knee problems and after we checked in and went to go to our room we were informed the elevators did not work and we had to use the stairs. The room was clean but the tv would only get one channel. The heat didn’t work right. People next to us somewhere were yelling, jumping and making all kinds of noise all night. In the shower the shampoo and conditioner containers were empty.

HORRIBLE CANCELLATION POLICY
I had to cancel my reservation because the day before I left my check engine light came on and I couldnt risk driving my car. I would have taken a credit for future reservation but Holiday Inn Express's policy is no refund. I will NEVER book at Holiday Inn ever again.

This was one of my worst stays at a Holiday Inn express. I was greeted in my room by dirty pair of womans panties on the floor (i kicked it into the closet if you want to remove it). The coffee maker wasnt cleaned out. The TV/remote in my room didnt work and the wifi wasnt working either. Very disappointing.
