Location: The Arundel Millls outlet was around 20 minutes drive but worth it.
overnight stay only - but it was restful, clean, safe, comfortable.

Almost perfect

Hotel was very busy due to several conventions and colleges' family weekends in town but staff handled it well. Only glitch was one room wasn't ready at check in. But staff was nice and helpful about it. Service in restaurant could be a little quicker.

Downtown with small rooms

Pros: The staff.
Cons: Warming the syrup for breakfast & increasing the room size.
Location: i was there 1 night so I ate, slept & went to our destination the next day.
The bright spot of the stay was the staff. The room was small, one of those rooms where you come in the door take 2 steps &you're in the bathroom, really. If you're claustrophobic don't go there. As I said the bright spot was the staff. They were courteous, extremely helpful & pleasant.

Great location. Clean. Friendly staff

Great hotel experience, clean comfortable room, nice bathroom, first night neighbours were a bit noisy but after first night no issues so believe more a person issue then hotel. Close to inner harbour and waking distance to lots of restaurants and shops. Great staff friendly, helpful and informative! Only negative was parking was expensive, wish there was a more affordable on site self park but understand that is not always possible. Also wish pool was open but also out of season for outdoor pool so understand.

Inner Harbor Stay

The Hotel is so convenient to anything in and around the Inner Harbor. We walked anywhere we wanted to go. Hotel was clean, staff very helpful,courteous. I would definitely stay here again

Hotel is walking distance to everything.

Pros: Wifi, location, staff , clean and comfortable.
Location: Close to Convention Center, Harbor, Oriols and Ravens stadiums. Casino, and Harbor.
Hotel was clean and modern. Great staff. The wifi was great I streamed one of my favorite shows on my laptop with no problem. If you like baseball you have the Orioles in walking distance and not to far is the Ravens stadium for the football fans. Lobby has a kiosk giving you locations of great restaurants and attractions located nearby. Would absolutely stay again

No Air Conditioning / Rude Staff

Cons: Staff attitude towards guests that pay good money for an enjoyable experience.
Other than Kenneth from Engineering and the servers/bartenders inside the restaurant attached to The Radisson, the staff here is rude and inefficient. Our air conditioning did not work in our room and engineering was sent up twice as a result. Kenneth finally had to recommend that our room be changed because it was 90 degrees outside. At this point, we were out for the night so we had to change the next day. Upon waking up we were greeted by a very rude housekeeper that told us we were not booked in the room we were currently situated in and that we needed to get out. We called the front desk and for the massive inconvenience, Manager Tiffany said we could either have a $30 credit to our bill, or free breakfast. How kind. After we agreed to the $30 off of our bill, we had to lug all of our stuff down the hall while moving around housekeeping. It was annoying, hot and frustrating to say the least. Once we finished moving, I called down the front desk to request the breakfast as well, as we are guests here and have been treated rudely thus far. We had been inconvenienced since the moment we checked in. Not to mention, the toilet in our new room was disgusting. Tiffany gave us "Continental breakfast" passes after 5 minutes of back and forth. We went to use the passes and guess what? The $7.95 provided does not cover anything on the breakfast menu but coffee. Thanks!!! Also, she ended up refunding $25.50, not $30 as promised. Never again will we stay here!

Get a Remodeled Room!

Pros: Nice location in relation to Convention Center - a little pricey for what it is
Cons: Better communication between valet; car rental; and the front desk on what they can / cannot do.
Location: Easy walk to Convention Center! Not much else nearby. Balto's is off the lobby and has a bar / restaurant that is ok.
Hiccup with onsite contractors - Car Rental and Valet companies - and the night staff was very "these are contractors and not our responsibility" about the whole thing. BUT... the morning staff took care of everything in less than a minute! When portfolio was closed overnight - they had charged valet charge on EVERY night. Took care of it with a simple phone call but would have appreciated a little pro-active response rather than me having to reach out to them. Look at your invoice... Overall I would say that the hotel is kept up; centrally located for the convention center; the staff in Balto's is extremely friendly; but that the price for our Convention was almost twice what it should have been for the accommodations / service. This is one of the largest conventions in Baltimore and hotels charge AND GET prime money for this week. They are still remodeling some of the floors but you should request the already remodeled rooms - they are clean and beautiful!

The room had a lot of dust, especially in the air conditioning and the night we heard rattle between the walls.
