We never got to stay there because they shifted us to another hotel with no view and without apology or compensation and we had prepaid 3 months earlier. We felt undervalued by this hotel and without options than to accept what they did to us.

Please, AVOID this place at all cost ! This is the most horrible, AWFUL and DIRTY place I have ever been... and I’m travelling the world for a living ! Everything falls apart, the room and the mattresses was tiny, SMELLY and dirty, the shared bathroom was terribly dirty with small weird «things» all over the floor, obviously the staff doesn’t speak any English, no information available for travellers, no wifi except in front the reception desk, breakfast is empty (weak), location is correct but you have to climb fifty stairs to get to the hostel. They also charged my credit card for 3 nights instead of 1, had to spend two hours on the phone with Expedia and they resolved the problems one by one. I’ve been relocated to a better place. Just to be clear, Bariloche is a beautiful city. People are nice and very kind. Choose carefully your place to stay and avoid this s*** hole hostel.

There's a long and high stairs to enter the property, it's hard for people with big suitcase or has walking problem. Our room sleeps four guests but only has two wall plugs. Room is clean.

The view is good. The internet connection is very bad. Always disconnected and slow. Not suitable for suitcase travellers. A long stair you need to go through before reaching the hostel. The shower is hot but the area you stand is very small and the water is weak.

Good Hostel for The Price
I had a good experience at this hostel. I was able to communicate well in English with everyone who worked at the front desk as my Spanish speaking skills are poor. Complementary breakfast was nice and simple. Our beds were made everyday which is not something I expected. The only problems I had were that there were only four lockers for a six person room and they did not have a plunger for a toilet at the whole hostel.

Booked Hostel Inn and got Marcopolo
Booked Hostel Inn, we got there and "renovations" were taking place..? the notice said go to the Marcopolo Hostel a little further down the road. Not happy, this was not what we booked, no view, no outdoors to the lake and the hostel room was like a communist era box/hospital. Asked if we could have a refund as its not what we booked and were told...its part of the same group so you can not get your money back (it had all been pre-paid) Not good, they advertised Hostel Inn online knowing we were never going to be able to stay there - complete deceit. The free dinner was good however, but really not impressed with their business practices at all, and would never go back there or recommend it to anyone. If you book the Hostel Inn you should get the Hostel Inn not the hostel down the road!!

O hostel é ótimo, está bem localizado, tem uma vista incrível para o lago, sistema de aquecimento funciona muito bem. Tem uma escadaria grande para entrada e saia de hóspedes, então pra quem tem problema de coluna ou sobrepeso como é o meu caso, fica um pouco complicado. Daria a sugestão aos proprietário de deixar os dois acessos livres para os hóspedes. Pq a saída de emergência é ótima, não tem escada.

Amei o hostel! A vista da sacada é perfeita para ver o nascer do sol no lago de Bariloche. Tudo muito bem organizado, recepção atendimento bom. Eu recomendo este hostel, adorei minha estadia. Uns 300 a 400 metros tô centro cívico.

La grimpette !!!
Bien en tout et globalement très bon rapport qualité/prix ! Un seul bémol : une LONGUE volée de marches assez raides pour accéder à la réception et aux chambres depuis la rue... Pas terrible avec un gros sac ou une lourde valise, il faut de bonnes jambes ! Je ne le recommande pas aux cardiaques ;o) MAIS aux autres, OUI ++

Gran hostel en relación precio calidad
Buen hostel, con gran atención al cliente, buena ubicación y cómodo. No es un 5 estrellas, pero por lo que pagué me fui más que satisfecho. Lo único es que desde la habitación no tenía buena recepción de wifi, pero desde el lobbie perfecto. recomiendo este hostel.

Albergue Muito Bom e Bem Localizado
O albergue tem um estrutura muito boa, o atendimento foi ótimo durante toda a estada, gostei muito da cama e do conforto proporcionado. A vista de Bariloche a partir do albergue é sensacional, todo dia tomava café da manhã com uma vista linda do lago. Gostaria que o albergue tivesse mais agito, com mais festas para integrar os hóspedes.

השרות מעולה. המטבח באזור הכניסה כך שמוסיף לחוויה. מרפסת צופה לאגם עם שקיעות נהדרות. בארוחת הבוקר יש מקום לשיפור.

Hostal bien ubicado. Muy basico y rustico.
No me gusto el servicio de reservas. Reserve este hotel y me cambiaron al Marcopolo a una habitación sin vista. Lo bueno del lugar es la ubicación y el staff es muy amable y servicial.Desayuno y cena podrían mejorar .

Atende as expectativas de um hostel.
Ficamos apenas uma diária, mas atendeu as expectativas. Recepcionista simpático e solícito. Cozinha compartilhada funcional. Só uma característica desfavorável, apesar da localização central, tivemos que subir ruas ladeiradas para chegar. Ruim para nós que estávamos de malas e subimos a pés.

Quarto pequeno e com mau cheiro
Apesar de ser proibido fumar, os hóspedes fumavam na área externa do hotel e a fumaça impregnava em nosso quarto. O cheiro não era só de cigarro, pois estavam fumando outras coisas. Os funcionários foram bem atenciosos e deram um excelente atendimento. O café da manhã também estava muito bom. Houve um problema com a reserva do expedia.com que não repassou para o hostel e por isso tiveram que nos colocar em um quarto com camas separadas. A localização do hostel é muito boa e o preço é bem barato. O único problema mesmo foi o cheiro ruim do quarto.

Hostel Inn Bariloche en invierno
El servicio de las personas que atienden allí es excelente, hay buen desayuno y la localización está muy buena, solo tuve problemas con la calefacción, acabo de viajar en invierno y me dio mucho frió en la habitación, no calentaba casi. Por todo lo demás estuvo bien!

Una excelente atención de las personas que trabajan allí, muy bien ubicado, solo puedo decir que viaje en invierno y me pareció muy poca la calefacción en mi cuarto, tuve mucho frió, no calentaba mucho. El desayuno estuvo bien y su servicio y atención a dudas. Paulina

Só vale pela vista.
Não conseguimos passar uma noite sequer. Roupas de cama estavam muito sujas, o quarto era minúsculo e sem calefação alguma, estando a temperatura exterior rondando os zero graus. Não havia sequer algum tapete para amenizar o gelo que vinha do chão de piso frio. Prometeram um aquecedor portátil nas não apareceu. Só aguentamos uma tarde. Fechamos nossas coisas e fomos procurar outro lugar mais digno pra passar as 6 noites que estivermos em Bariloche.

Recepção e atenção dispensadas pelos funcionários realmente excelente. A vista para o lago é maravilhosa. Local aconchegante, apesar da ladeira e escada :p. Precisam por mais tomadas nos quartos, fiquem em um quarto com lugar para seis pessoas e só haviam 2 tomadas. Em resumo, recomendo.

Lindo Hostel
Esta fue mi segunda vez en el Hostel Inn Bariloche. El personal es super amable, la vista desde la terraza del hostel increíble. El desayuno bueno. Ambiente muy bueno para jóvenes. Me encantó.
