Rude and unclean

Don't ask for extra coffee .... When I came back to my room after my dad's funeral... The only thing that was done is garbage taken out but new garbage bags lays on the can. They took the dirt towels and put new towels on table n not in the rack u they did not vacuumed. Did not make beds.. very nasty the room had a bad oder... The people in the office was very rude. Can't have 2 keys. And if your disabled they out u on the top floor not the bottom I will never stay there again ........... Someone need to put a stop to them . They only think about the money not there guest...I was already having a hard time with my dad's death. they didn't help at all they made it worse Thanks Laurie

Cabana Inn downtown west

Pros: Spacious room and quiet area.
Cons: Wifi connection is not reliable.
Location: Located on Main Street, downtown West, not far from good restaurants and shopping stores.
Good value for your buck. Not far from the main downtown area, comfortable enough and easy access from and to the airport.

Not a bad experience.

Pros: Owners show "Pride of Ownership"... Not common in today's world.
Cons: It is an old motel many things are outdated but it seems to me that the present owners are trying to improve the location.
Location: Right next to downtown and the college. All of the downtown activities and the college activities are within a few miles of the motel.
Whomever took control of this motel it is clear that they take pride in their offering. Let me be clear, it is an OLD motel and my expectations were low. I was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness of the room and the comfort of the room. Checking in was quick and the person serving me was very pleasant. My experience was pleasantly more than what I expected.

The Cabana Inn was a great bargain for the price and exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend and would stay there again for sue.

Terrible experience.

I had booked this hotel for 2 nights hoping to save a few bucks but not going to a fancy 5 star hotel, bad move on my part. I went to work on the first day and came back at 3:00 to find my belongings taken from my room and bought to the lobby, when I asked the staff what had happened I was told everyone in the hotel everyday was forced to check out at 11am and then check but in at 1pm when all the rooms were done being cleaned. This didn't make much sense to me but I accepted it and didn't rock the boat. However, upon examining my belongings and bags I noticed that several items were missing such as jewelry and electronic chargers and the like. When I asked the staff what had happened they said they were not responsible for missing items and pulled out a giant bag of "forgotten" chargers from underneath the front desk and said to just the take the kind I needed. I will not be staying anywhere within ten blocks of thus place ever again.

We are sorry for the inconvenience, however when a room is booked for only one night, check out time is at 11:00 am. It was around 1:00 pm and we were not informed that you would be staying an extra night and no payment was received therefore the room was cleaned and the belongings were taken to the lobby. However, we just gather the belongings, we do not throw them out or take personal items. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Ugly Old Hotel

This entire hotel is very Ugly & Old, it needs to be Rebuilt/Remodel. Inside my room the carpet, the drapes & bedspread was dirty. The popcorn celing looks like that Abestos, the soap dish was pulled out from the wall, the shower tiles & floor had discoloration, my bedroom window was broken, so they put a stick in the window for safety & my bedroom face the street, each time my bedroom door open, I was exposed to the public street, I didn't sleep the whole night & I left around 4:30am the next day due to the ugly atmosphere. Expedia please do Not send your guests to this hotel, expedia this is where you send me....Unsatified guests!
