I loved my room. It was spacious, comfortable and quiet. I also had a pure clean room so it had air filters which was nice. Front desk, the valet and breakfast staff were very accommodating and kind. Do note that most restaurants and shops are closed in Buffalo on Mondays. I would return

We loved the area but the room had nasty stuff hidden in one corner by a garbage can, residue under soap dish like it was never cleaned or replaced and hallway floors along the walls was gross. View was beautiful tho.

NICE NEW PROPERTY. Staff was very nice. A little noisy the first night because of a basketball team boucing balls against the walls. Bathroom could use a little more detailed cleaning. overall very nice hotel room was very spacious

There was a huge problem. I left the hotel in the morning and when I returned that evening I learned my room contents had been packed up and moved to the lobby. After much haggling, about the fact that the hotel had me listed for one night when I had paid in advance for 2 nights, Expedia confirmed payment for 2 nights. Until that point, the situation was a total mess!

Didn't know that valet parking was the only option for hotel parking as there is no hotel parking lot on site. Alternative was the road, so valet was the best option. Service was good and cheaper then some of the event parking in the area. Was very confusing when trying to get to the valet parking as the area is very small and just cars just parked wherever.

Other than being told i only had 1 room, on my 2 room reservation, this was a solid hotel toilet plumbing also in our room was sketchy. But nice suite rooms, clean, good breakfast, and walking distance to restaurants. Valet parking could be a wait at times however so plan for that.

Rooms were nice and clean. Quiet. Parking is valet only which is 25 dollars that you have to pay. Night check in person was not very friendly. Elevators and doors all have to be activated with your keycard

Happy New Year
I stayed here on New Year’s Eve. Very nice hotel and great prices especially since it was NYE. I was so happy the breakfast buffet had turkey options since I don’t eat pork this is the first hotel I’ve been to years that had turkey options!
