Excellent value. Amazing location - right in Theater District. Very short walk to dining and entertainment. Parking not onsite, but only 2 blocks away and was $13 overnight in safe, monitored parking garage. Will definitely stay here again.

In my hotel room, there was the smell of smoke that lingered from the previous guests who stayed there, prior to Mar. 29. The smoke smell lasted for the whole 3 days that we were there and may still be there after we left. This is unacceptable, as smoking is not allowed in the hotel. They need to do a better job and eliminating the awful smoke smell in the hotel rooms.

I have a disabled parking permit and there was a staff person who isn’t disabled who was using the disabled spot and ARGUED with his coworker about whether he should move his car so that an actually disabled person with a disabled permit could park in that spot. He was so rude to me and his coworker. Totally unacceptable. The room was run down and not totally clean. They downgraded me from the King room I paid for to a queen room, and have no king beds in accessible rooms. And the shower water was warm but never got hot enough to shower. Overall a bad experience. I would not return there and they should not advertise being an accessible hotel. They are not.

Stayed for an event. Close to restaurants and nightlife. Very convenient. Room was spacious and good breakfast options. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again.

The only drawback is no parking on the property. However, there is a large parking garage within a 5 minute walk that is $13.00 per day. This is the reason I gave it 4 stars. There are a multitude of restaurants that are within walking distance. We took an Uber to a Buffalo Sabres game which was only about 5 minutes away. Very good stay.

The building itself was ok outside parking lot was dirty with garbage We were told our breakfast was being served from 6:00 am to 10:00 am and given an information sheet that I have that shows that time. Kitchen closed at 9:30 am. I am a diabetic and it made my morning very stressful since I need to have food with my medication. Front desk personnel said they couldn’t do anything about it. The explanation made it seemed like kitchen staff changed the schedule themselves because it was Christmas. Very disappointed since we had made they reservations and made sure food was available for me since I was travelling back to Canada and had a 3 hr drive home.

The hotel was nice. The room was a good size. Our room smelled heavily of cigarette smoke when we arrived as well as when we came back later on that night despite the hotel being smoke-free. A couple upgrades would be good - the towel rack kept falling apart any time we hung a towel on it. Overall a good stay though.

Broken door. Could see into the room from the hallway with the door shut because the door hinges had been bent due to someone trying to force the door open previously. Because of this the door slammed loudly into the door frame and had to be lifted into place. I’m sort of speechless that they find this acceptable. Stains on the curtains. Shower head wall flange was loose, leaving a dirty, moldy hole in the wall. Multiple light fixture and towel racks are falling off the wall. Chair cushions are dirty and stained. All in all it was rather uncomfortable because you just feel like “man, if these things are allowed to pass inspection, how clean are these sheets? How clean is this shower. How safe is the free breakfast?” One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at a hotel.

Parking at the hotel would have been good but it was not too far. The hotel could have used a refresh especially the washroom. Breakfast could have used some improvement. Hated the tram going by so early I the morning
