The best experience, the best service.

... After a really bad experience in a hotel in Giza, I get to this hotel, and I was very scared to find the same bad experience but IT WAS COMPLETELY DIFFERENT, Since a get there every employee was very kind and nice, friendly, smiling, was so nice, the lady who check me in, was very relax, very nice, she transmited to me her good vibe. My room was very clean, good and with a wonderful view in the 19th floor, amenities were awesome, bathroom awesome, and the Room Service oh my God! Delicious, pretty good prices, huge variety. I had a dinner at Oak, is one of their restaurants and it was beautiful, delicious and great service, I never been so happy before with a hotel and their people; and I have to mention the concierge Mr. Helmy, he was so kind so friendly. And if I go back to Cairo, I can't imagine of any circumstances stay in other Hotel.. Must to be this one.. Public thanks for every of these employees. You guys rock!

Nice hotel in the heart of Cairo

Pros: It is located in a nice area, has a good restaurant, gym and pool, and the staff is very nice and friendly.
Cons: Nothing of note
Location: The museum and tower are walking distance, and the hotel itself have a nice restaurant and bar.
This hotel is very nice, and it is located in the central part of Cairo, although at the very end of the road. I found that, even if it is walking distance from the Cairo Tower, and the Egyptian museum, it is not as close as other hotels in the area. Walking is somewhat rough, usually there is no walkway, so it would be better to avoid long walks. In terms of the hotel condition and comfort this hotel is very nice, with a friendly staff and nice amenities.

Excellent staff

Pros: Interior looked really nice.
Cons: Casino, pool and the restaurants.
Location: Cario pyramids and the nile river.
Enjoyed our stay. Didn't like the way the casino had to write up a payment slip each time you wanted to switch slot machines. Took way to much time.

Very upscale old hotel.

The staff was very friendly and tried to be helpful wherever possible. The dining room even prepared a sack breakfast for me when I was leaving

Hotel great, but over attentive staff.

It's a great hotel, and I will continue to use it. But I got really fed up with staff of every level from waiters to managers invading my privacy every time I sat down to eat, fawning over me "how's your stay?" " How is everything" "how is the hotel". After the umpteenth time I tried to blow them away be stating the obvious "I am reading" but still they persisted, over and over again. Really, really irritating!!!

Top notch hotel in Cairo

Our stay at Conrad Cairo was perfect! The hotel is clean, well appointed and has amazing facilities. I was very happy with the two rooms we got, especially for the price that we paid. The staff of the hotel was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast we had was the best we have ever had out of any hotel we have stayed at. We also ate at the Lebanese restaurant and had lunch and the food was equally delicious. It made the unbearable chaos of Cairo more than bearable. Shout out to our waiter Ahmed Abdelhady for the amazing service!
