Nice hotel at good price

Pros: Staff and cleanliness
I've stay here a lot and this place is great. The staff is very friendly and the hotel is very clean. Very good price. Also it's located near everything

Somewhat affordable, very accessible, good size

Stayed 2 nights. Easy check in. Well informed of wifi and other amenities. Room was a little better than expected and staff were very accommodating.

best hotel, best staff

Pros: The staff, Manita is gorgeous and also very helpful, Norman is helpful as well
Cons: nothing
Location: good location for access to the "strip" and a huge mall across the road 5 mins away
The Ambiance suites is an excellent small hotel with good facilities, the staff are extremely helpful, particularly Norman, and the gorgeous Manita, the location is good, with a huge mall 5 minutes walk away and a 5 minute walk to catch the R1/R2 bus routes to the "strip" - hotel zone with the fantastic beaches. Norman was particularly helpful in booking my trip to Chichen Itza, the restaurant was good with excellent and helpful staff,, the mexican breakfast was good at a reasonable price. Overall a very good hotel at a very good price. Only minor criticism is the pool is a bit small, minor complaint in an otherwise great hotel

Not as pictures

I paid extra for the suite with a king bed. That's what I wanted. They ran out of rooms and gave me a "junior" suite that stunk like cigarettes. It was two double beds. The room and hotel are rundown. The front desk staff are very slow and not helpful. The smart oasis five minutes away is brand new and much nicer. But for the same price. Don't stay here! It's not like the pictures

A pleasant hotel in a city location.

Pros: We liked the flexibility and ease of access to a wide range of activities. There were no bells or whistles, which suited our needs and our budget.
Cons: Nothing in particular; it's an honest hotel for the price and the location.
Location: The location is close to a range of eating, retail and market facilities. Cancun taxis are plentiful, and cheap with basic fixed prices for trips.
Ambiance Suites is well situated in Cancun city, with good quality provisions for a short stay. The room is spacious, the bed comfortable, there is useful storage and hanging space, and bathroom facilities are very good. Breakfasts are simple but adequate. Staff are helpful in organising taxis and services, with a worrying delay in returning laundry the only problem we encountered. In all, if staying in the city rather than the hotel quarter of Cancun is your choice, Ambiance Suites is a reasonably priced and accessible choice.

Pleasant and friendlt staff. Rooms are comfortable . Excellent comfy beds. They are willing to make your stay as comfortable and convenient for you.

Goood location

Arrive early .. check in acceptance but no room available, but it was okay. Front desk person name Norman very friendly. The room size was ok , but the bathroom is the big issue . We can't plush the toilet at first . Then when I took a shower the water overflow, drainage is too bad. We don't have the Chance to complain coz we're so tired of your tour, so we decide to deal with it . Then we have 7am tour we expect that we can eat breakfast or maybe a cup of coffe but nothing at all. The next day , we went for breakfast at the restaurant but the staff can't understand us, miscommunication. We thought Free Breakfast since I book the room With Breakfast included, but No after we check out they charge me 21$ . I don't really care for charging us Unless they inform us that we need to pay for it. But communication in the restaurant is very poor. Over all , I still like Mexican people . I respect them for their being hardworking.
