Nice hotel for the price

Hotel was about a 15 minute drive from airport. Very easy to get to. We arrived after 11pm and check in was a breeze, which we were grateful for because we were tired. The property is well maintained and modern. They also have a very good continental breakfast, including hot foods. We were very impressed!

Room was clean and beds were comfy. Breakfast was delicious and some staff were nice and welcoming. The front desk staff wasn't as warm or welcoming, but overall, I had a good stay.

Terribly rude reception

Reception staff was terribly rude and offensive, claiming a cancelled reservation mistake means that two men must share a room, then making crude and offensive jokes. This was a business trip with clients, how incredibly offensive!

Central Cancun Location

We picked this hotel because it was reasonably close to the airport, after having stayed on Isla Mujeres for three glorious nights. I found it better than the U.S. La Quintas I've stayed in previously, and I would stay there again. The room had a noisy air conditioner but was otherwise comfortable. Note that there's no airport shuttle, but that they have a service that can pick you up for a reasonable price (i.e., not as pricey as the fancy car service). We found taxi's unhelpful as we were three people with quite a bit of luggage, so didn't fit in most cabs. It has a quite elaborate breakfast buffet with both American and Mexican food.

Rooms are clean.Close to restaurant,supermarket and public bus to hotel zone is only 2 blocks away

I spent one night only at this hotel. My only issue is that the building needs a little bit of maintenence.

Cleanliness and comfortable

This hotel done a good job of customer services. I have no electricity in my room. I told them and they did right away. The staffs at this hotel are very nice.

Nice hotel close to downtown

Pros: very charming people
Cons: you guys need to dry a bit more the towels... coming from a desert city I know the humidity takes its toll , pretty much noticed on that
Location: you can go to mercado 28 to get some souvenir and eat local food at a very affordable prices, at a block is the mall de las americas with fancy brands
excellent for business at an affordable prices. you even try the local gastronomy around
