Nice hotel that is close and walkable to everythin

The hotel is nice, different, but nice. The restaurant attached is not very Vegan friendly though

Clean and comfy

This was a great hotel. Across the street from the Aronoff and walking distance to great food. The spa was expensive but we had a great experience, so worth it in the end. Will stay at this hotel again for sure!

Disappointed with lounging accommodations

Disappointed that there was not a sitting area in the room. If you were to have room service or have drinks in your room ,you would have to sit on the bed or sit on a bench at the end of the bed Bed was very comfortable room was very clean

From Dread to Delight

when we arrived we found that they did not have a room with two beds. They offered a rollaway bed for an extra charge. The night staff was less than helpful and apparently a manager was unavailable. The room we were given was filthy. We found pasta sauce dried on the fabric of a chair, stains on the carpet, Coffee splatters on the wall, and broken blinds. The next morning I spoke with a manager who was very apologetic and up graded us to a larger room that would more easily fit the rollaway bed. The rest of our stay the hotel staff were very pleasant and helpful. We received two calls on the hotel phone to see if every thing was satisfactory. We were overall very happy with our stay. Their housekeeping and evening staff could stand to be retrained.

Front desk disorganized. Valet for $38/night

Cons: front desk organization Valet
Excellent Restaurant should give guests higher priority. roof top bar cool but difficult access from inside hotel. FYI everything is not about diversity!
