It was convieniently across the street from the theater! We enjoyed the bar atmosphere as well!

Worst shower EVER!!!

Freezing cold showers with no water pressure, no matter what time of day you showered. Beds were extremely uncomfortable. Staff was not friendly. And the parking was outrageously expensive. We have stayed at several other 21c hotels and have had much better experiences than this one!

Broadway show in Cincy

Pros: It’s very unique. I love the art work and that a giant yellow penguin may appear just about anywhere
Cons: I like when a spa/stay package is offered......who doesn’t like a discount AND a massage?
Location: The main draw for me has been....leave the car with valet, check in, have dinner nearby and walk across the street to the Aronoff Center..then pub!
I try to get to a show every year and always stay here. It’s been a great experience but have been told I MUST try the restaurant!

Everything was great except the bed was softer than we like and could hear the music from bar next door late into the night.

This is an amazing hotel. Nice and helpful staff, clean and comfortable stay. We loved the on-site museum and the location for us was perfect. I will stay here next time I'm in Cincy!

Valet Service Dented My Car- Hotel Doesn't Care

Room was good. View was a brick wall but room itself was good and beds were cozy. HOWEVER, my car was damaged by the hotel's valet service and they choose to do nothing about it. So, for the valet fee of $38 plus tips I had the pleasure of getting my car dented in the back and no responsibility from the hotel whatsoever. Very disappointing. For that reason, I would not recommend staying here to anyone and especially would suggest not using their valet service because hotel management absolutely could not care less about doing the right thing.

Good and Bad

The hotel staff were all very nice and helpful. The room was very basic and looking a bit worn. The carpet was stained and dirty. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was spacious with plenty of useable surfaces. The towels were dingy. Due to it being a weekend and the area being very busy near by music was very, very loud. Valet parking was a challenge at best. Great burger and fries in the bar. Nice breakfast.

Hip comfort amidst good food and entertainment.

The hotel is modern and edgy, in a good way. Right downtown and close to entertainment and good restaurants. Boca, recommended by the desk and a three minute walk from the hotel, was excellent.
