Great location and a wonderful room! A very unique experience with having a museum in the hotel, which was awesome. Would definitely do it again.

Nice boutique hotel in the heart of downtown

Pros: The staff was genuinely happy and friendly.
Cons: Nothing.
Location: Downtown Cincinnati. Close enough to the baseball stadium to walk, no problem.
This is a very nice hotel with the added benefit of an interesting art museum on the first few floors! The only reason this is not an "Excellent" in my room is that we were told the rooms would sleep four (which was true) but it meant that two in my party got the couch hide-a-bed...but, it was not uncomfortable, and since I did not pick the hotel this may have been made clear on their site and was perhaps overlooked when my spouse did the booking. The staff was superb.

Great hotel with very friendly and helpful staff.

Pros: Everything.
Cons: Make sure the room phone works.
Location: Great location in walking distance to great restaurants, attractions, and the baseball stadium. The hotel has art from the Museum next door.
Upon making the reservation we informed the hotel that we would be arriving earlier than the check in time. Anna (not sure of spelling) told us that a note would be placed on our file and she would do what she could. We did arrive early and the lady at the front desk told us about the note and they had our room ready. Things only got better from there. The room was cozy but very comfortable. The hotel amenities were wonderful - fitness center, spa, rooftop deck vistas, and great restaurant. The staff could not have been more helpful or friendly. The only glitch in the stay was that the room phone would not work. Despite that, in our combined 135 years of life we have never been more pleased with a hotel.

Museum Hotel

Pros: Location
Really enjoyed staying at this hotel. Room was smaller than I had expected but it was nice. The staff was helpful and friendly. Best of all was the convenient location. A lot of great restaurants nearby and walking distance to the Great American Ballfield. Would definitely stay here again. And looking at all the modern art just made it all the more fun.

Great hotel in an awesome area

We traveled into Cincinnati for work not expecting the level of service the hotel offers! The rooms are clean and chic, the staff was super helpful! There are amazing restaurants around and metropole downstairs was so good. I was totally shocked by how great the food was in Cincinnati! Highly recommmend!

Excellent hotel near everything. Staff the Greatest! Everyone is friendly, open and honest about recommendations for things to do. My family of 8 will be back for a longer stay. Thank you guys!

Offbeat and comfortable

My only criticism is that we ate breakfast there. There was not a children's menu...meaning I had to order items and have them leave items out. They accommodated us but it was more trouble and expense. We ordered a trio of breads too. They were served room temperature and would have been greatly improved if they had been warmed slightly.
