Closed for Renovations

Didn’t know till staying that most of the hotel was closed for renovations. Had access to a small lobby and the elevators. Very elegant.

Date Night Hotel

The first room we checked into was at 55 degrees when we walked in. I reset the thermostat as directed and heat never started. The front desk gave us a different room of the same type. The second room stayed at desired 73 degrees until the early morning and when we woke up, the room was at 63 degrees. The was a mention that the bathroom floors were heated but that is not true. They were marble / tile and were freezing throughout the stay. Although the hotel is currently going through a renovation, it is inexcusable to not have a reliable heating system in the middle of winter. Hotel looks good and could be a nice, convenient place to stay, but not until they fix their HVAC systems.

One of the worst hotels

Hard to locate Have us a full bed Vs king When moving us less quality room but bigger bed. Carpet awful. Whole place needs repair. One of the worse hotels that I️ have stayed

Great intown hotel

Pros: everything
Cons: wait until the construction is finished - it's noisy.
Nice hotel with great bathrooms. Excellent very professional staff. Comfortable bed and nice linens. HOWEVER- Main Lobby is being renovated and the jackhammers started at 7AM. Work up the whole hotel. Great visit AFTER the lobby has finished construction.

Excellent Charm

Cons: Parking options
Location: Nice location, walkable to many restaurants and activities
The front desk staff was efficient and very courteous. Room spacious and clean. Had the Jacuzzi tub room, bathroom incredible with double shower and TV/heated floors. We do extensive bedbug check on any hotel stay, everything clear with mattress covers in place. Would highly recommend to anyone for a stay

Great hotel in downtown Cincinnati.

Had great stay at CH. Room service after midnight is available. Will stay again when I'm in KY or Cincinnati.

Looked better online than in person.

Room was smaller than expected, especially for the price. There was some old toiletries left on the bathroom counter, a light about to fall out in the shower, sink was cracked all to hell. Somehow got a cut on the bottom of my foot in the shower. The alarm clock that we didn't set, went off at 6am. However they did call to tell us that they were doing a renovation on the hotel and shouldn't interfere with our stay. Got woke up at 8am to the construction. Hotel was staff was friendly, knowledgeable of the area. The reception desk was basically vacant all the times I went there except for when we came back from our show. My overall experience, I won't be back.
