Property was fine and had stayed there before however our shower head was a handheld and didn’t want to stay in the holder. The bathtub hot/cold dial also came off. Overall shower mechanism was very loose and didn’t appear well installed.

Pool hours are not good, there should be adult only time for the pool. They could offer adult time from 9-11 so that everyone who pays to be a hotel guest can use all the facilities. We were unable to take advantage of the pool because if some sort of convention for home school kids. The area was packed the entire time the pool was open

Carpeting ripped in room. Had to call for tv problem. We had no phone service when we arrived for more than several hours. Employees are nice and helpful.

Great location for the convention center. Hotel has a modern feel. However, my room was worn. Roman shade was broken also had water stains. Bathroom vanity had scratches and dents. Carpet needs to be replaced. Shower fixtures need to be tighten. I could go on and on. It’s just worn!!!!

Best hotel we have stayed at in awhile, we had one small issues regarding the card used for booking but within minutes of my call to the hotel the issue was resolved. Customer service here is top notch!

Stayed here for just one night to experience a Four Star hotel, and it’s definitely not one. The halls were dirty. The bathroom still had shaving cream on the wall from the last person who stayed in the room. Also, I pulled a big wad of hair from the bathtub drain. Overall, not what I expected and I probably wouldn’t stay here again.

Overall it was a good room, staff was good, all I would say is the pool was small not sure the definition of "heated" but it was too cold for my liking. The single night visit was nothing spectacular but did the job. It's not the hotel's fault but walking through several clouds of pot smoke on the streets with 2 10 year olds was a bit of a concern. Why they ban cigarette smoking in public but not marijuana is curious. I would recommend the Hyatt though.

Nice Property close to stadium, have a quiet down time of 9pm which I love, easy to navigate. Heated pool that could definitely be warmer, no hot tub.

Overall, the hotel was great. Service, cleanliness and amenities. The only areas for improvement are if hotel rooms could have more walking space and the indoor pool could be heated better for the kids.

The worst Hyatt property I've stayed at out of dozens. Had leftovers toiletries half used. Hair on the shower walls, 💩 marks on the toilet, floor wasnt vacuumed. Could hear the neighbors through the walls; burps, phone alarms, sex noises, etc. While waiting to check in, witnessed two different people come back and say the room they were given was occupied already. I have stayed at budget hotels like Comfort Inn and Quality Inn that were by far way nicer than this Hyatt.
