Good location, close to night life

Elevators scary, for the age of hotel not a bad place to stay.

Inappropriate phone call to my room...

After driving for eleven hours for business in Cleveland, I was disturbed out of sleep by a phone call from the front desk asking me if my room is satisfactory. Never again will I choose Comfort Inn.

Peace and Comfort

The Room was Smaller than Expected, but so Comfortable and Quiet. The Breakfast was Very Good. I would Highly Recommend this Hotel. Our Stay was Very Enjoyable

Nice to close Quicken Loans Arena.

Nice to close Quicken Loans Arena. It takes 10 minites by walk. It was noisy from road beside hotel during day time, but not at night.

Could hear everything in the room next to us. Heater was very loud. Could hear everything coming from the street even though we were on the fourth floor.

Hotel was fine. As expected. Noisy area and the windows don’t keep out any of the noise. Unexpected parking charge.
