Perfect location for a show at the Schottenstein.

Pros: Location & parking.
Went to a comedy show at the Schottenstein Center & this hotel was the perfect location. Parking was included which was also convenient. Good amount of restaurant choices nearby as well!

Lousy Parking; way over priced

Location: Wohlstein Center right across the street
Not a great experience. Room key didn't work right even after going back downstairs and getting it reset. Elevator broke and you had to go across the street to go up the stairs. Guests have to pay to park, and parking is VERY limited. We were stuck in the parking lot since someone double parked behind us and we could not leave. The parking lot attendant didn't have the keys to the car behind us so we had to sit and wait until checkout for the person to move their car. For $170 dollars, it was a huge disappointment. Not only that, but they over charged for the room and it's pending twice on my card. Now I get to call them and deal with that.

It was a nice pleasant stay. The staff was friendly and the room was very clean, I would stay here again.

Comfortable hotel near the Theatre District

Cons: A better fitness center. Currently, there are three pieces of equipment (a treadmill, an elliptical that needs repair and a bench with dumbbells).
Location: The location is great, pretty much walking distance to everything worth seeing.
We had a comfortable stay. You can't beat the price of parking ($9.50 for overnight). Theater and University Districts are all within walking distance- great location! The staff was pleasant enough although they did mistakenly charge my credit card when I paid cash. However, it was resolved appropriately. Even the parking attendants were very helpful.

Walking distance to House of Blues

Pros: location and affordability
Location: its right in the entertainment district lots of bars and restaurants nearby
My boyfriend and I were in town attending a concert at the House of Blues and wanted to be within walking distance of the venue. We chose this hotel because of price and location. There are closer hotels but at a higher cost. The room was clean and comfortable.The free breakfast was very nice had a lot of variety and was well stocked. We would stay here again.

Convenient but TERRIBLE staff

Pros: Location. Clean, quiet.
Cons: STAFF. Your staff is consistently rated poor and management doesn't seem to care.
Experience was what expected if you read the reviews. Staff is TERRIBLY RUDE/UNPROFESSIONAL, but its quiet, seemed safe, clean, and was close to the theater district. The staff smoke right outside the door and there was someone smoking right by my car as I was unloading. She was nice enough to ask if I needed to check in, but when I told her I already did she sat back down to continue smoking LEGITIMATELY right by my door. The hotel was quiet, clean, and I was pleased so that's what is important, but the hallways smelled like cigarettes (not the rooms), which I imagine is from the staff as every staff I saw was smoking right outside the hotel. The front desk staff was generally rude and acted like guests were a bother to explain parking which is confusing as they double park cars and the parking guard keeps the keys for the parked car.

It was a great stay.we had a wonderful visit.we visited with cousins and we to michael Simons restaurant.

Not so nice

Parking was terrible, the receptionist was the most unfriendly person ever and was borderline rude, one of the 2 rooms we got smelled of smoke and had stained and used looking sheets. We were told they were clean, just stained. We asked for another room which was much better. Breakfast was so so - OJ was old tasting, bagels were hard and dry, coffee wasn't bad though. Overall we were happy to get out of there 1st thing in the morning and will certainly never return.
