The rooms were not up to the Hilton mark. No maintenance folks available. Some staff members were not courteous. Room cleaning was not done even when it was requested a day earlier. Room change request was not honored and when a room was provided it was not cleaned and it appeared as if the other user of the room had just left.

I booked a room with 1 King bed and a lake view. When I checked in, the first thing the desk clerk told me "I don't have a King-size bed, is 2 Queens ok?" I said "Ma'am, can I just have the room I booked?" I got the King-sized bed, but not the water view. Only one of my two key cards worked on my room door or in the attached parking garage (parking was $30 per day). They don't clean the room unless you request that they xlean the room. The $18 breakfast buffet had powdered eggs and the food was terrible. The server was wearing a wrinkled shirt. The parking garage elevator had broken buttons on the 2nd floor. There was no body wash in my room. The Doubletree cookie at check in was underbaked. I paid way too much money for what i received. The pictures on their website of the rooms did not match the room i stayed in.

The stay wasn’t horrible but definitely wasn’t as good as it has been previous years. My husband and I go every year, and this year just wasn’t the best. The first shift shuttle driver was rude most of the time when driving or asking for a ride and was just unprofessional. The woman we dealt with at the front desk was nice, but would literally tell us to “hold on” while we were in the middle of asking her questions so she can finish texting on her phone. The breakfast buffet prices were ridiculous and the front hostess for it was a little rude as well almost making fun of the clothes I was wearing saying things like “I’m trying to decide if I like it or not.” Just overall was not happy with the experience this year and the employees should have their attitudes checked.

We were well greeted at the front desk. Unfortunately there were not sufficient supplies in the room for the 3 of us. When we asked for extra towels, none were sent - no big deal, ended up getting them myself from the front desk. Extra coffee was also given by the kind and curtious housecleaning staff. One thing we thought was that parking price was a bit high for the hotel guests. Otherwise, would stay again. Also, great cookies at the front desk upon check in!

I have stayed here in the past numerous times for work and up unil the last two trips this was always my go to hotel. In the past years you can tell no effort has been placed to update the hotel. Rooms smell, ceilings are cracked and water damaged, floors and elevators floors are sticky, windows have years of crud on them, wall outlets are broken and falling off, garage is too small for driving as well as garage elevator buttons damaged and husted and held together with tape and instead of handsoap hanging on the bathroom sink dispenser, it was conditioner (???). Staff is always friendly and ashane they have tp present these conditions to customers.

First, booked hotel with Expedia and was promised a view of the lake, but that never happened. When we had arrived at the hotel I had told the front desk staff and they told me to complain to Expedia because all their rooms with a view of the lake were booked and that was Expedia's fault for misrepresentation. Second, we stayed for 4 nights and our room was never cleaned or serviced.

The desk in the room was broken and barley standing up. Room smelled dirty and looked like it. You could hear the train and a couple fight outside 15 floors up! Run down hotel to say the least. Should have stayed at the Westin!

Everything would have been great if the rooms were cleaned well. Well enough for us to not find multiple dirty spots on the sofa chair that looked like a little kid ate snacks on days before. No one even stopped by our room the whole visit to bring fresh towels or do the beds
