Browns Game

Pros: Was close to the stadium.
Cons: Maybe they need more staffing on game weekends.
Location: Near the rock and roll hall of fame and several good restaraunts.
We arrived on a Saturday night and stayed through Monday afternoon. The room was not cleaned on Sunday and when we contacted the desk for clean towels, no apology was offered. We had to call back again hours later to get the towels and even after the second call, it took nearly two hours to get the towels. Not at all the service we were expecting.

Close to venue, within walking distance

Pros: bed was comfortable
Location: football stadium, Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, Science Center
I was disappointed in the room. For the price, I expected more. It was a standard room, nothing special. The layout of the room was awkward. It got really windy while we were there and it HOWLED in our room. It appeared to come through the vents. And if you stood by the window, you could feel the wind come through the wall/window/room unit (not well sealed). The restaurant was severely understaffed. Took way longer than it should for service. And we had to remind the server what was "owed" us. I don't blame her as she was trying to manage the whole floor by herself(wait tables, play hostess, and cashier). I will probably use this hotel again as it is close to the football stadium but I will lower my expectations and look at other options before I choose this hotel again.

Staff was very helpful. A pilot gave us his tickets for 2 free breakfast meals, which was nice because our stay was out of the blue. Rooms were nice, clean and stocked. The pool was pretty cold for being indoor but the hot tub made up for that.

Stay at the Westin if you're going to Cleveland

Pros: The warm cookie I was greeted with.
Place sucked. Could not get any toothpaste. Staff was missing when I went down to get toothpaste, after I had called to find out they wont run it to my room. Never got toothpaste. Uncomfortable bed and pillows. No microwave and this room was $280 . Stay at the Westin if you're going to Cleveland.

Convenience and location

Pros: Location, staff, shuttle service
Cons: Make repairs to furniture in the rooms, clean better.
We have stayed at this hotel on two different trips to Cleveland. The staff is AMAZING! Location is great and the shuttle is so nice. We never had to move our car for the three days we were there. Didn’t like the Stadium 3 restaurant that was there-Overpriced and bad food. rooms are a little on the small size and could have been cleaner, we had a great view of the lake but the windows were to dirty to enjoy it. overall a nice place to stay

Went for the Cleveland browns game had a great stay. The room was good the staff was great and when we visited the bar later the staff was excellent

Elevators were working haphazardly the hotel was noisy and needs updating. Not good value
