Stay at the Westin if you're going to Cleveland

Pros: The warm cookie I was greeted with.
Place sucked. Could not get any toothpaste. Staff was missing when I went down to get toothpaste, after I had called to find out they wont run it to my room. Never got toothpaste. Uncomfortable bed and pillows. No microwave and this room was $280 . Stay at the Westin if you're going to Cleveland.

Convenience and location

Pros: Location, staff, shuttle service
Cons: Make repairs to furniture in the rooms, clean better.
We have stayed at this hotel on two different trips to Cleveland. The staff is AMAZING! Location is great and the shuttle is so nice. We never had to move our car for the three days we were there. Didn’t like the Stadium 3 restaurant that was there-Overpriced and bad food. rooms are a little on the small size and could have been cleaner, we had a great view of the lake but the windows were to dirty to enjoy it. overall a nice place to stay

Went for the Cleveland browns game had a great stay. The room was good the staff was great and when we visited the bar later the staff was excellent

Close to downtown

It was very nice! The staff were excellent! I liked that we had a shuttle to take us where we needed to go, instead of driving! Great experience overall!

Ready for an upgrade

Pros: The lobby smelled wonderful
Cons: Upgrades
This hotel needs an upgrade. The rooms are in need of an upgrade. Chipped molding, Old fixtures in the bathroom, toilet old and need to hold it to flush. NO FAN IN THE BATHROOM. Mattress needs to be flipped. It's a downhill slope to get out. We asked about having dinner in town and where to go for American dinner with beef (meat) They suggested Urban Farmer. It had a la carte only and the steak was $57! Okay so we didn't want to pay $$ for a meal but she should have mentioned there was a festival 2 blocks away with food and music. They should know what is happening locally

Walking distance to the Rock n Roll Hall of Fame

Pros: Close to the Rock n Roll Hall of Fame, not much else to like. The parking was good. We got to stay in the lot even thou we checked out. we stayed1nite
Cons: Training of the staff and renovate.
Location: Rock n Roll Hall of Fame.
The guy that checked us in was not that friendly. The elevators where Very Very Very SLOW. The room was not clean and the whole Hotel needs to be renovated. The gym was the only positive on the whole experience.
